Front desk staff were very helpful in getting us checked in early when we arrived in the morning to avoid the big snowstorm.

Booked a 2 night stay here with my daughter for a hockey tournament in the area.The staff were always friendly and professional, from the counter staff to the housekeeping staff. The room was just ok. It was clean and we had everything we needed, but the King bed and the pull out sofa bed were a little uncomfortable. The King mattress was not as firm as I would have liked and one side had a deep deression in it. The pull out bed mattress was a little on the thin side. The pillows were too "fluffy" for my liking. The heater in the room was a little loud when firing up but provided a soothing white noise once going. The worst part of our stay, was the lack of hot water in the morning. A freezing cold shower was not something I was willing to partake in. It was rectified, but was a major inconvience at 7am. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Don’t book this hotel. I found a bed bug in the bed and due to paranoia I checked out of the hotel in the middle of the night. Bites started to show up all over my body the next day. I emailed the hotel to inform them and asked for follow up. No one followed up. They are burying their heads in the sand and was very upset. The room and coffee table was not that clean. Don’t bother booking this hotel because cleanliness is not a priority.

Experience was too terrible. Tv was not working. We were not able to use Netflix as tv had some issues. Then our room was changed but still same issue. We couldn't spend a quality time over there. Staff couldn't fix the issue we were left with entire boredom as all channels on tv was chargeable. Even there was no microwave. We had to eat cold food. Coffee machine was hardly working and tested our sheer patience. Overall not at all expected from a brand named Hyatt. Terrible experience. I request refund as we had to face inconvenience instead of peaceful stay. I think on the name of brand we were mentally harassed.
