First time entering the reception, wow there are so many mosquitoes. When entering the room, it's all mosquitoes, lots of dust, the bathroom also smells, the intention to stay to rest but did not do it because it was uncomfortable to sleep because of mosquito bites, in the corner of the bed there was also so much dust that it made me sneeze, it didn't meet expectations, at least spray first before customers check in. There are already lots of mosquitoes, smell, lots of dust makes it uncomfortable to rest. And they said there was a refrigerator, a city view, let alone there were no windows at all.

It was a very comfortable stay, the staff was fast-responsive and very friendly. However, since there is no restaurant, it is a bit difficult to bring food from outside because you can't borrow cutlery because there is no restaurant, so there is no pantry to provide cutlery. My suggestion for water dispenser facilities is that it would be good to have them on each floor so customers can get hot water when needed. Otherwise, it is very comfortable 🤗🥰

I had to check out early, it should have been 2 nights but only one night. The AC was not cold, it felt stuffy and I couldn't open the window. The staff had to clean the AC filter first, and because the AC was positioned above the head of the bed, some of the AC dust that was being cleaned fell. My body was itchy. I'm sorry

Good experience for staying here. There are only a few things I was not satisfied with. We can’t have late check out on weekend. When I left my belongings on receptionist, I wasn’t given a receipt. Also, I didn’t want to be disturbed while in the room, so I put on the Do Not Disturb sign. Later in the afternoon, before leaving the room, I changed the tag to request room cleaning. Unfortunately, when I returned at night, the room was still not cleaned. Of course, I can’t complain too much considering the price is cheap. Overall, it was good.
