Very good experience. This was a business trip and this hotel suited my stay. The room though, totally un expected. it was the biggest hotel room I every seen. Amazing but totally unnecessary.

Great location, hotel amenities are amazing, the pool and beach are clean and you can ultimately relax. I can recommend the hotel to couples, individuals and families.

Lovely hotel, but coffee shop and main restaurant closes very early.

This is an excellent hotel and we most definitely will be back.

Safe, beachfront location on West Beach walkway. Area is nice, although lacks shops. Food at the hotel was varied and high quality. Some noise at night from traffic on one side and bars/restaurants on the other side, but managed to sleep with earplugs. A good option if staying on the Palm.

Great location, easy to get on and off the palm. Pool area was ok. We booked an executive room which was sadly practically under bar fly which has loud music playing until 12am-1ish weekdays and 2am-3am weekends. If you like your sleep, ensure your room is located on the other side. Nice executive lounge serving afternoon tea and happy hour daily. Good clean hotel, nothing spectacular but a guaranteed safe option.

Staff were really brilliant. We had some understandable issues with our room not being ready and were met with upgrades and very kind and concerned staff. Will be going back. Location is great and plenty of options for food, sunbathing etc.
