The location is incredible. Easy walking distance to any point of interest in the historic district. Clean, friendly staff, and a wonderful area. Recommend.

Great location and facilities.

Hotel Maduro has been our favorite hotel on our trip through El Bajia. Our room was beautifully appointed, modern and very clean. The front desk personnel spoke fluent English and gave us detailed directions for daytrip excursions, which was very convenient as I haven't used my high school Spanish in 50 years. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing , it’s so clean , quiet . It’s walkable , has a lots of food to choose . The people are nice and you feel safe walking around town .

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Queretaro, close to everything. There were a couple of hiccups during check-in and the staff promptly resolved them. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. A couple of things though, Hotels.com advertises that this hotel has a spa and they DO NOT, the front desk told me they could send someone but they never gave me the price list or any info about it. The other comment is about the bath towels, they are a little old with frayed hems. Other than that my stay was comfortable with daily room service, the hotel was clean, and the service was great!

Great location

The Madero is a charming hotel in walking distance to museums, shops, and lots of colonial architecture. Our visit was short, but our first floor room had everything we needed, and we slept well - I couldn't have asked for more.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado en Queretaro centro. El unico detalle es que si tuviera estacionamiento propio seria un plus, muy amable la gente de valet, pero seria un plus

The hotel is very pleasant, clean, and service was outstanding. The only things I would mention is that the rooms do not have a minifridge or microwaves. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I needed some ice for an injury and they got me what I needed at no extra charge. Location can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again and recomend.

It is right in the heart of the Historic Center with lots of restaurants and shopping establishments. There was no restaurant inside the hotels though.

This property was in a great location in the historic district, so there was a lot to see and do within a very walkable distance. The staff was extremely helpful. The front desk attendants mostly spoke english in addition to spanish, which was awesome for me! I'd stay here again!

Inside a beautiful neighbourhood, but no noise cancellations, also only a window is towards the corridor, noisy in the morning. Overall fine.
