We had a good stay in a clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the bar area was very nice. The only issue was that our room was not serviced despite being told it would be after two days. All in all a pretty good stay though.

My family of four had a great stay at MOXY Rust. The rooms were comfortable and kids loved the bunk bed. Great service and conveniently located; it’s a short drive to Rulantica and Europa Park. We highly recommend!

The staff was great. I enjoyed chatting woth them while having a beer.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting Europa Park. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the vibe of the lobby was funky and fun! We splurged for the breakfast buffet which was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had (my daughter agrees and she is a picky eater). My only complaint is that the website states the hotel is a 12 minute walk to the park, when it was actually 21 minutes. The walk was easy enough though, so it was

Loved our stay at Hotel Moxy! The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with super comfortable beds and great air conditioning – we slept so well. The TV was up to date and really easy to use, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was compact, as you’d expect, but very modern and really well equipped. The location couldn’t be better if you’re visiting Europa Park – it made our day there so easy and stress-free. We’d definitely stay again!

The staff were very nice and accommodating! The building and room looked clean and well taken care of. The only negative that I already knew about is that you don't necessarily have easy access to Europa Park and the walk to the Park Entrance is very far since you are unable to use their onsite hotel entrance to access the park. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Rust!

Perfect hotel and location for Europa Park

Location was quite good, staff were lovely. Room was quite small and did lack a few features (tea & coffee, bath, safe, fridge, phone) that you would normally expect at the price point.

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy Rust, the rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (approx 10-15 minutes) from both Europa-Park and Rulantica. There are a couple of supermarkets close the Moxy Rust, therefore, you can grab some drinks and snacks. The only things to note are that the rooms do not have a shaver point in the bathroom or a kettle/team making factilites in the room.

Great little hotel. Took us a couple of days to figure out transport options for Europa Park and Rulantica- would be great if staff were more informed on this as they weren’t able to help! We discovered the free Rust-Bus loop on our final day- stops opposite Lidl and both theme parks and runs every half hour. Limited choice to eat out- lots seemed to be closed on the Mon and Tues evenings we were there, but BFB was great on Wednesday onwards.

The staff in the hotel were excellent ,very friendly and helpful.could have done with more staff to help the few who were there .anytime you asked for something they would help.Bed was comfy, room a little small ,bathroom way to small ,the room was very clean Bar area very good ,,breakfast was a bit pricey for what was served.would stay again if rooms were a little bigger.

An outstanding and faultless hotel! Staff were amazing and so friendly, the decor is very trendy and clean and stylish! Only a 15 min walk away from Europa Park and Rulantica! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is fantastic for visiting Europa Park. Its right on the bus route from Ringsheim train station to the park (get off at Bell Tower stop and its down the road) The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks very modern and trendy. It has a bar open most of the night, but no kitchen of its own so only serves bar food. We got a pizza and saw the staff take a shop bought pizza out of the fridge and put it into the Ninja pizza oven. Was a shame to see it happen so blatently after being charged quite a high price for it, but it is what it is. For food, I would recommend going to any of the nearby resturants or lidls for room food. We stayed for 2 nights, and after our first night we went to Europa Park. We came back and our room hadnt been cleaned at all. Not a massive issue, but it meant we had no clean towels so had to go to reception to get some more. Not sure why we werent cleaned, if its policy or something, but something to keep in mind. Overall a great hotel with a few small problems but if you just need a nice modern room to explore Rust / visit Europa Park then this place is great

We had an excellent stay there during our trip to Europa Park. It is very close by. The breakfast at this hotel was so great and it was a comfortable stay. I would for sure stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting europa park. About a 20 minute walk to the park with good transport links. Provided with some toiletries and we were able to ask for extra towels as well. The lockers and baggage hold on site were very useful as we arrived long before check-in so were able to go and enjoy the park for a few hours

Fantastic hotel. Everything was immaculate, good service and comfy beds. Location is great for Europa Park and Rulantica. My only slight negative is that there wasn't any hot drink facilities in the rooms, but there are cafes and supermarkets very close by.
