Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back.

The room furnishings were old. The hotel is a bit run down. It just wasn’t worth the price paid.

Good premises, friendly and helpful staff. As i had to leave early in the morning, they prepared my breakfast in advance.

Central location, but Noisy Did not have an elevator. Walls were paper thin, u can hear next door noise. Overpriced. No elevator . Bathroom sink area very tight.

Great spot,very nice staff. I decided to stay a 2nd night just because it was perfect for dinner after a long day of hiking in the region. They bring your breakfast to your room

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is brought to your room. Great central location and easy to walk to the beach at the lake or around town.

Good new hotel at central of Pucon. Everything you need is near. Breakfast is delivered to room starting from 9, atleast weekends. There is few parking places in the backyard of the hotel. Nice and helpfull persons with food english at the reception. Recommended.

parking si disponible … non mentionné dans leurs site alors que c’était pour nous une priorité dans ce choix .. arrivée désagréable le soir 30 minutes pour trouver une place dans la rue tard ;( wifi médiocre et aucune terrasse extérieur, la seul étant verrouillée;( je n’ai pas habitude de critiquer mais aucune réceptivité du gérant.

As fotos do estabelecimento não refletem o que realmente voce vai encontrar. É uma concepção moderna, porem deixa a desejar diante ao conforto do tradicional.

O hotel é bem bacana, mas a agua do chuveiro demorava muito a esquentar. Outro problema é a entrada, não é muito identificada. A entrada do estacionamento é muito estreita. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Nos demais itens bom.

Locaizado no centro da cidade, tudo faz a pé. Deixe o carro estacionado praticamente todos os dias. As recepcionistas são mais do que perfeitas, nos atenderam em pedido de café antes do horário, visto que subiríamos o Vulcão cedinho. Uma fala inglês perfeito e a que fala espanhol faz o melhor para nos comunicar.

Pas d’ascenseur. Gênant pour les personnes âgés, monter las escaliers avec l’équipage. Pas d’habitation en rez de chaussée
