Room was dirty and the roof leaked. The actual room condition was much different than the pictures. The included breakfast was so so. We booked 3 nights and left to another hotel after the first night. There was no refund offered or questions why we’re checking out. We have traveled around the world to 50 different countries send this is the first bad rating I have ever given.

The staff was a big help to us to coordinate our way out thru a huge religious processional that shut down the city

Property structure deteriorated. Beds are too hard

The room was to narrow and the shower faucet didn't work I had to pay the difference to get another room

Very caring and kind. Love the staff professionalism and patience!!! Location is simply perfect, right by the beautiful La Merced Church and Antigua’s Monastery Yellow arch. Mercado Central really close. Wonderful views of La Sierra and Volcan Agua
