I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.

Staff is friendly, I was able to check in 2 hours early, room was clean, its been my 1st choice to stay every time I'm in Querétaro, will definitely come back

Look, the bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't close properly and all the water leaks out when you shower, the balcony door isn't sealed and you can hear everything from the street, and the TV didn't work for two days; I had to tell them twice before they finally came to see what was wrong.

Very nice hotel right at the center of the historic center. The restaurant served delicious food at a good price. Hotel and restaurant personnel were so nice. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was very nice, and had very comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The building is filled with colonial charm. The location is excellent. All the sights of Centro is right outside your door. Everything was very clean.

No, the room was not in good condition, there were small roaches. Clean the room better.

The hotel has a lot of charm and it’s centrally located. However I did not realize they had no elevator. It was a bit of a hassle since I was traveling with my mother. Having to lug our bags up two flights of stairs was not ideal. Again it was my error and not the hotel. I also didn’t care for having to walk through a restaurant to get to our room. Again just my personal opinion. I would stay again if I’m traveling solo as the location is great.
