This is a Restaurant not a hotel. Music all day and sometimes Mariachi band playing so loud by 10PM. A noise all day restaurant start serving at 7AM. A horrible setting for a hotel. It feels like the waitress are serving around your bed and musicians sitting on your pillow playing trumpets. It is just impossible to rest much less to sleep. THiS PLACE SHOUlD NOT BE CALLED HOTEL. A disgrace….

The air conditioner wasn't working right, but other then that was excellent

I've come to this hotel before. They have done an excellent job of maintaining the property, services, and experience.

Wonderful location . The room was very quiet considering the amount of of noise on the street. The staff was very friendly. I asked them to replace a shampoo dispenser that didn’t work and they didn’t other than that this minor issue the experience was good.

If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and have a good sleep time, this is not the right hotel, since the restaurant it’s in an open place (patio) and open to the public all day long , we can hear all the noise in our room even with doors and windows closed. Every single utensil they use in the kitchen we can hear it and since the restaurant open at 7 am , it was 6 am and it was the same : they start cleaning the floors because we can hear employees sweeping the floors , and the same at night , the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm it was 11:30 and they still trying to have everything ready for next day. And I usually don’t like to wake up late but at least 7:30-8 am

The personnel was great. Check in was fast. The rooms need some upkeep. No elevator and the stairs to second floor is very dark

The room was small but charming. Loved the location and the tiny balcony with a great view. The restaurant was very very good, we ate there 2 x's. The staff spoke English and we're so friendly. The included parking required dragging our luggage 2 blocks. Three room was loud at night and morning with church bells and the restaurant.

Convenient a really, perfect location in historic downtown , friendly staff, delicious café con leche - (lactose free). Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower too. Love the old time Mexico atmosphere with the decor and the music, you are truly transported to Mexico…

It was very nice and convenient with in walking distance to all the good sites, The only thing I didn’t like is Whalen I book with Expedia they give you the rooms that are far way on the back

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.
