The perfect 3 day getaway, food was amazing, team very friendly and professional, my suite was perfectly decorated, bedding super comfortable, outdoor shower a must ( minus the mosquito). Definitely coming back !

Tranquility...is the perfect word,unless is an event going, miusic will quit around 1am. Late to be able to sleep)Food is good, mostly very healthy. FYI No sodas in property) Tuna salad is perfect. Morning fusion shot at breakfast is delicious ( no alcohol). It is definitely an experience to ✔️. Personnel is proper and mannered. Your room will.not get clean daily unless you request and you need to be present for them to access your room. Shower outdoors is amazing;if you love the out world. Very HUMID inside or out*

Nomade Holbox is a truly outstanding hotel. The facilities are top-notch and the staff were consistently warm and supportive throughout the entire stay. The concierge service was also excellent, handling travel bookings and arrangements with ease. Fresh healthy breakfast and super yoga classes.Altogether, it’s a lovely, special spot that delivers on every front. A definite return visit is already in the plans, this time with the whole family.

Mi estadía en Hotel Nómade Holbox fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegas, se siente que no es solo un hotel, sino un espacio con una magia ancestral muy especial, donde todo invita a bajar el ritmo, respirar profundo y reconectar. El lugar es hermoso, cuidado en cada detalle, integrado con la naturaleza y con una energía muy sutil y amorosa. La comida fue deliciosa, fresca, consciente y preparada con muchísimo cariño; cada comida se sentía como parte de la experiencia, no solo como un servicio más. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Naomi en recepción y Jedier, quienes fueron simplemente extraordinarios. Su atención, calidez, disposición y presencia hicieron que la estadía se sintiera aún más acogedora y fluida. Se nota cuando alguien trabaja desde el corazón, y ellos lo hacen. En general, todo fue excelente: el servicio, el ambiente, la comida y la energía del lugar. Amazin food (fresh fish catch of the day a most) friendly very attentive service with high hospitality standards thank you all but specially to the team at la Popular with fun Rey ( good laughs) , Andy,Daniela, Cristy and Victor. Reception team and everyone at Nomade doing a great job.Kudos to the Management. Devoluxtion at it’s best.If you want peace in a natural environment this is it.Please refrain from booking this property if you like all inclusive hotels, loud music,reggeton,party,big groups of friends or kids.This is a wonderful experience to get in communion with yourself and nature. The food is excellent, the setting lovely, the rooms incredibly cramped and awkwardly designed, but most striking was the indifference of many of the staff. So much can be overlooked except for the painfully long waits at the restaurant, or to get a beach towel, or the difficult process to book a (very middling) massage. Also, the strange reliance on paper checks, but QR code menus. The room (we booked a beachfront treehouse) was funky, with an incredible view, lots of steps, the smallest bathroom and least ergonomic shower I’ve ever seen. It also had a balcony with an outdoor shower and steps leading up to a rooftop deck that had a double chaise. There was no chair or table anywhere. The lighting in the bathroom was…well, wasn’t; there was no way I could shave my face unless it was during the day. You’d never be able to satisfactorily apply makeup. Nômade arranged transportation for us from and to Cancun airport. They do not factor cushion time for problems. We very nearly missed the ferry both times. On the way home, it could have easily meant a missed flight and another night stay. We wanted Nômade Holbox to be great. It could be, but it just isn’t.

The place absolutely amazing, we had an amazing stay, we stayed in 2 types of rooms, the lowest category and the highest catergory and we can tell both rooms were comfortable and amazing. We upgraded because we wanted to be oceanfront and it was AMAZING . Service was extremely good and all super friendly. We had dinner and food was super good and portions are generous.i think my only advice is that breakfasts can be a bit better but again it was super good. Thank you for all the staff that made 1000% effort to make our stay memorable.
