Quirky property. Spotlessly clean especially considering all the random ornaments etc on display. Excellent breakfast. Air con great and was well used as it was 34° in London when we stayed. Convenient for transport links. Bed comfy. Blackout curtains not so great. Thank goodness I had my eye mask.

Great find close to the city with a lovely breakfast and good hammam spa facilities. Quirky decor made it an interesting place to stay too

Such a hidden gem and I wouldn’t have known I was in the middle of London! Perfect access to O2 arena. 15-30 minutes by uber and £16. Easy to reach the hotel, amazing garden out front, helpful staff, great room with loads of space for a city hotel! Amenities immaculate and plentiful. Fun walking round looking at the curiosities too. Good breakfast. Thoroughly peaceful stay. Thanks! My 78 year old mum appreciated the quiet of the room.

Room was everything we asked for with a very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Unfortunately the TV was not working due to a connection problem with the system, which according to reception affected all rooms. Bathroom was clean and tidy, although some limescale build up on the rainfall shower meant it went all over the place! Breakfast was a big plus with a wide assortment of hot and cold of very good quality. Overall, a very good stay in a very “quirky” hotel. Good value for money and highly recommended.

Hotel was good apart from the tv in our room was broken which I felt was a disappointment as the hotel staff knew of this prior. When I raised this issue the next morning they said a lot of rooms had this issue and shrugged it off as an ok issue to ignore. I paid a hefty nightly price and do not agree it was worth it with amenities being unusable.

The hotel itself is a really beautiful building, however inside is a bit “antwacky” however is clean and tidy. We attended and were sent to. Room that was “partly cleaned, with the bathroom being soaked and the bed liner on the floor. There was also the mop and bucket and a bottle of cleaning solution. We raised it with the staff who immediately offered to change us rooms, or we could wait. We decided to change room ls due to plans, the second room was fine and had everything needed. In return to the room however staff had been in and left a bottle of fiz, a letter addressed to Alice and some chocolate and pistachio strawberries - clearly meant for someone else. To be considered when booking, however the hotel was fine for our purposes

Was alright but massively let down when we checked in 2 hours after needed and was told our room wasn't ready. Also very intrusive needing ID for all staying.

Very nice and well maintained accommodation, breakfast was so tasty and the bar, restaurant with good service, prices for drinks and food low compared to other locations which makes you to come back and definitely I will next to my trip in London.

My room had a sewage issue to which I was told there was no spare rooms. I was offered an air freshener. I ended up staying with friends one night in another room on a fold down bed. They sorted me an alt room for the second night which was nice. The breakfast is ok. I asked for money back on my room for the first night, I was assured a manger would get back to me twice by two different members of staff. I still have received no communication from a manager. I now feel like because I didn’t kick up a big enough fuss, the hotel has just ignored me now I have checked out. Would not recommend

It was my second time staying at this hotel and I greatly enjoyed my stay as well. The uniqueness of the hotel and its 'homy' feeling are definitely big plusses for me, makes a big change from the big hotel chains. The staff was very helpful and attentive. For the first time, I took the breakfast and I was not disappointed. It was very good, with a good share of varieties, and very well-presented. The hotel is well-located, and it is easy to go around, either by buses, or metro. Canary Wharf Station is also relatively close-by, with access to the Elizabeth line to go to Heathrow Airport. And their AC worked during the heatwave!

Arrived at the hotel late after a long day of traveling. Check in process was very confusing as they don't just place a hold on funds on your credit card for a security deposit but only accept google or apple pay, which we did not have.
