The hotel changed from a breakfast menu to a 3 plate choose option...... wrong move.

The deluxe room was very nice and spacious. The staff spoke English and were able to help or answer any questions I had. The breakfast was amazing as well, as they give 6 options for you to choose from. I would book this room again if I’m ever back in Panama City.

In every aspect the hotel is wonderful, very good location, delicious breakfast, the staff very professional and helpful, and the room very comfortable!!!!

Needed papers printed. Couldn’t do it. Needed help with a form in Soanish couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Kitchen staff nice but very limited menu.

Excellent staff, breakfast very good, It has been a long time since I stayed at a hotel with no ice. I needed ice for an injury and the restaurant staff sold me a zip lock bag, that I supplied, for $1. Interesting as the rest of the hotel is super clean and well appointed, even though no fridge in the rooms.

The hotel was hard to find. The breakfast was very simple and bland. Parking was plentiful. The room was a good size with a nice balcony and a nice view of the city.

The room was clean. All amenities worked - tv,, ac. Good water pressure. Breakfast was good. Had a variety of plated options to choose from including fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and able to assist with helping me getting around.

They need to put a better hot water system into the rooms. As the electric water heaters keep tripping the breakers.

Nice, convenient, clean hotel, with very good bed,but definitely not four stars. The room was very austere , with harsh lighting. Breakfast is good.

Room ok, location very good, price/benefit ratio very good. Recommended for working travalers.
