I was called before I arrived and told to check in at a Comfort Inn. When I checked in they couldn’t find my reservation because it wasn’t for the Comfort Inn, it was for the Heritage Inn. They finally found it. Place looks like it’s in a constant state of (very cheap) repair. There were no rugs in our building, and the walls are paper thin; so you hear absolutely everything going on around you. The remote for the TV didn’t work, there was no closet, the toilet needed repair when we first came in, and the lights are too few, or too dim- my wife said it was like doing her makeup in the dark. The “breakfast” was horrible; Cardboard muffins, Luke-warm water for tea. The shower was nice

It was fine for what it was and the price, but it was definitely nothing o write home about. If you’re spending the day on Nantucket and just need somewhere to sleep before heading over, it’s fine. It’s convenient to shops and good coffee.

We stay in Hyannis for a night before getting the ferry to Nantucket. This is the first place we have stayed that we would stay again. Nicely updated and the staff is very helpful. Great location to the ferry.

First of all, front desk is with comfort inn, the doors at Heritage inn was closed and noone there to guide us to check in. We checked google and went to comfort inn for check in. Room was not so good and fresh, furnitures were all damaged, water was not coming in wash basin, hand showers not available, Overall it's not worth for the dollars paid.

The ceiling was loud from the floor above

It was a little hard to find at first. A bit old and dated. A revamp would probably benefit it.

Maintenance is severely lacking here. The smell in the room was horrid, and the ceilings are literally caving in. There should no way ever be a reason as to why I should be worried about upstairs guests when they shower. Why on earth is the upstairs tub leaking into my bathroom??? Nothing is soundproof, you can hear every door that slams and every footsteps upstairs, in the hallways, and our neighbors. It was overpriced for the experience and the only good thing about it is the location and parking. The furnitures paints are chipped and stained and made me question if we were in the right location. Will not be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location when there are more comparable hotels around.

There was no one in office and there was no sign any where for check in . We kept on running around to find front desk and we were going and out from property around 8 pm like chicken without head . Finally in the end we went into confirt inn ( next property) and they checked us in. Otherwise this property was abandoned , room wasn’t bad but I am not happy and no one informed us before that we have to check in with Comfort Inn .

The only staff I saw was the front desk at the next door Comfort Inn, and she was fine. Room was nice enough, lots of cosmetic wear and tear, but functional. Great, convenient location.

The property was well kept but the room was just average but seemed clean. The room amenities were good.

There was no check in at the hotel and we had to go to the Comfort Inn to check in and for breakfast. The room was filthy and the only house keeping we received was clean towels.

The entire building reeked of mold , I have even notified the health department who are currently doing an investigation. My travel companions were able to transfer to the Nextdoor Comfort Inn and paid an additional $157 so they and their belongings did not reek of mold. There was not an additional room available to me & I did not realize how severe the IAQ really was in my room. Now I know as I fumigate everything that entered that room . Unfortunately, the hotel refuses to make any adjustments . But I’m disputing my room charge and hope I don’t get sick. Clean, well appointed , good breakfast and contaminated with mold. You’ve been warned!

Two days in a row my room wasn't cleaned. Also the door to my room stuck and I reported it three times and they failed to resolve the issue.

Comfort Inn graciously allowed us to use their outdoor swimming pool and enjoy a complementary breakfast the next morning. Mr. Miller the desk manager was polite and did a beautiful job making sure the food available at the breakfast was top-notch. I cannot complement him enough.

When I first arrived the room, halls, property, and amenities were great. On the 2nd day beds were shabbily made with covers just pulled over. We would have complained but there was a cable interruption that resulted in the Comfort Inn getting evacuated & fire trucks to arrive. We figured that our complaint was small compared to what they were dealing with. The 2nd day beds were not made at all, tables and sinks were not wiped and no coffee left behind. We complained to desk with pictures. The next day was fine. On Thursday, no one entered our room at all and wet towels were left on bathroom floor. Every time I went to desk, no manager was available, only desk attendants. We had plenty of pictures. Friday night, things were good after I had to retrieve towels, coffee, trash bags from the front desk on Thursday. I had to empty trash, put towels in the hallway. During checkout, I wanted to talk with a manager to discuss some type of compensation due to the poor housekeeping throughout the week. Again, no manager By the way, I am a Cleaning Inspector and account Supervisor for over 400+ accounts. I was more than disgusted with the housekeeping services! I still thing I deserve some type of compensation for dealing with the lack of customer service in the room concerning housekeeping. Your Chamber maids need to be retrained and held accountable. I also suffer getting cleaners, but my customers always get what they pay for immediately. Your Hotel wasn't cheap! We have more pics.
