Todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable e atentos y los cuartos muy limpios! En especial, le agradezco mucho a la recepcionista de la noche que me ayudó muchísimo!

Everything was great! It’s in a great spot and near the Centro Histórico and Jardín San Marcos. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was so nice especially with all of the added lighting! The staff were all awesome and helpful!

The only downside is the small parking lot, other than that was amazing!

Comfortable stay, good location, and breakfast was really good.

The staff was very friendly.

Stuff management

Fui dos noches por trabajo, la habitacion muy bien para 1 o 2 personas solo que es cama queen. Me queda muy bien el acceso para regresar al aeropuerto y las visitas a clientes que estaban muy cerca del hotel. Solo tuve un detalle que mi vuelo salia a las 6:17 AM, solicite taxi en lobby una noche antes para que pasaran 4:15 AM y me aseguraron que ya estaba confirmado, en la manana que aparezco nadie sabia nada y nunca llego el taxi, por suerte pude tomar Uber y sin problema pero si seria bueno asegurarse del transporte para los huespedes.

Hotel needs more parking area. My car stay on the street curb all week.
