Check in a bit odd. Did not lovey balcony view of the bins 😜however absolutely gorgeous place I enjoyed it so much. Maybe crowded in the pool if full! It was pretty much just me staying.

Would recommend! Staff were very helpful with additional requests. Pool was amazing. Food and drink steps from the front door. Beautiful rooms

This property is stunning. Right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants & attractions around. The pools were both lovely and we made use of them both. We stayed in the majestic suite. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in [apart from my own]. The suite was also styled amazingly. There were a couple of things that I felt weren't quite right [ possibly won't bother others] amazing dual vanity in bathroom area, but no hand towels [or place for any to hang] There were 2 face washers in here which we had moved to the shower and bath [AMAZING AGAIN] before we realized there were no hand towels. No small plates in ''kitchen ''area. We were instructed that if we needed plates or cutlery to see the hotel [great if you are having a bbq ] But it would have been nice to have them just for the pastries that we bought downstairs to have with a coffee. Also, as much as I loved the look of the full-length built-in bench seating. It was great for sitting with a coffee and chatting. Not so great and comfortable if you are settling in for the evening to watch a movie. Maybe another tv in the bedroom? Can't believe I am saying this as I am dead against them at home. But we had planned to sit around the fire pit outside with a nice bottle of red, but the fire pit was missing. So, we moved inside, bringing us to the lounge /tv thoughts. Overall, we had a great couple of days and night. The suite really does look stunning .Go and check it out for yourself.

Always pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Imperial. Beautiful ambience. Ate at the hotel & loved the contrast of the two very well designed & decorated buildings. Food was classic Pub done well.

Room is clean and spacious, good location with restaurants nearby.

I have stayed here a few times and know the ropes now with self check in and no reception etc. I found my my room number and allotted car park--it was just inside the car park so quite hard to get into. On my second day I couldn't get it in as there was a huge Ram with a tow bar beside mine, so no way could I maneuver into park so had to use another one. My room was very nice--I would love a comfortable chair to sit in but the bed sufficed. I found the Pub section for dinner has really "gone Off" after other meals in the past. Very limited menu and my roast of day was very ordinary--So I couldn't eat there the second night unfortunately. Only fish on menu is battered! The two shiraz's I chose for a glass were unavailable!! It is ok for a short stay.

Fabulous location, beautiful studio apartment, so relaxing and close to everything.

Zero human check in was easy enough. Whole property is nicely styled and comfortable. Pool and spa area were tropical and relaxing to hang in. Bit of local town noise when on the balcony took serenity from an otherwise chill stay.

The only thing we found a bit confusing was parking under one set of units for our studio in the other. I can see why afterwards but initially confusing.

Entering the room, there was beautiful smells, and the ambience is arty and eclectic.. Bathroom was spacious and quality soaps shampoo etc. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and getting glimpses of the village life. Gardens are healthy and tropical. Mineral pool and SPA a beautiful addition Great location to house wedding accomodation.

Our stay at the Imperial was beautiful! I wish we were staying longer. The warm spa & the beautiful room as the highlight of our stay. Come here if you want to feel relaxed! We will definitely be back.
