Perfect as always

First stepping out from the Lyft car, we were immediately greeted by an attendant. Our room was upgraded by JT to a suite at no request from me, but I'm sure I was charged for it. However my final receipt doesn't show the upgrade fee, but my credit card shows the second charge... The room was beautiful, clean, fresh linens with complimentary water and coffee, a bathrobe (do not take home $$$) and slippers (Can take home for free) the hotel is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, Time Square and a Subway Station depots.

Hotel was clean and very modern. Room and bathroom was perfect - very stylish and comfortable. Location was very conveniently located for Times Square and Big Bus transport stop. It was a bit grubby outside the hotel, but that’s Times Square. Would stay again.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had no issues at all with room. The location is ver centrally located. Turn the corner and you're right in Time Square. Walk the other way and around the corner down a few blocks to Rockefeller Center. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall it was great. The hotel and room were very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We did not eat at the in house restaurant but we visited the RT60 bar and it was amazing. I had the Purple Rain drink and would say it was the best drink I had the entire week while visiting Manhattan. The views from our room and the rooftop bar were spectacular. We did have an issue with the shower drain. We noticed it was draining slowly when we first arrived and by day three it overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor and put into the entryway by the closet. I reported the issue and it was fixed promptly. The only other things is the pillows. The bed itself was so comfortable but the pillows we not good at all. But in spite of this we still had a 5 star week at the hotel.

The place could do with better sound insulation/proofing

First time staying in New York. The Hard Rock Hotel was an ideal location for some good restaurants and to the subway. The room was great. I loved the shower system they had. I will definitely try to stay here if I come to New York again.

The staff was amazing very helpful very friendly. The room was immaculate. The food was delicious.

The Hard Rock Hotel on 48th Street in the heart of Times Square and Broadway is a very nice/clean hotel with an excellent location.

Everything was perfect, except for the room was a little small. But I guess that's to be expected for New York.

I like how the area have several options to shop for merchandise or food or attractions events.

It’s hard rock

Stayed at the Hard Rock because of a Las Vegas experience and the fact that it was in the heart of Times Square and the theater district. Unfortunately i was the smallest room I’ve experienced. Barely enough room to put a suitcase. If you want a mini fridge-they have to bring it up to the room and place it where you have to walk.
