I had a terrible experience with a hotel booked through Expedia. Despite booking two rooms with two queen beds each, we were given rooms with one king bed and a sofa bed. We were told by the front desk that they had no extra rooms and if we were not happy we could leave. The hotel staff was rude, unhelpful, and even hostile. We were traveling with children for a soccer tournament, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called by us because the front desk denied extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed and we were forced to leave at night with our sleeping kids. We were relocated to a much further hotel from the fields. We are still waiting on a full refund. This was an unacceptable and distressing experience, and I urge Expedia to vet properties more carefully to protect families from situations like this.

Our room smelled very musty. We reported to front desk and they said to turn air conditioning on high. We did but it didn’t improve the smell.

I arrived 45 minutes early for check in. I was told it would cost me an additional $30 to check in early because I was not a member. AND she said, your room is ready!! I did NOT pay the additional $30 for 45 minutes early check in.

Very impressed overall. Only negative I could mention was when I opened the cabinet door under the sink it fell off. Would stay again.

Great place to stay.

Hotel was clean, with a good location and proximity to surrounding commerce. Breakfast was omelets and sausage, biscuits with gravy. Pancakes, Danishes and yogurt were also available. Problem with breakfast was that there wasn't a dedicated breakfast attendee during our stay. The front desk clerk had to run back and forth, but couldn't make enough food (ie. 4-5 omelets at a time). Coffee was out of stock, eggs were limited, sausages ran out... This seemed to be an average Saturday/Sunday business weekend, and there were up to 20 patrons in the breakfast area at a time. It took 15-20 minutes for her to come make one item, then walk away again for awhile

Very nice staff and very clean

This was our first time staying at this hotel. I prefer to stay a couple of times at a hotel before making any comments either way.
