Very clean room, A/C heating is not my favorite but it warms the room. Shower door not properly sealed so it is a bit of flood in the bathroom after showering. Everything else, spotless!

This was our third time staying here to visit family nearby. All our stays have been pleasant without issues. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. A walk along the river nearby is very enjoyable and there is a Lock nearby with viewing bridge to watch the barges go up river. The surrounding area is clean, safe and walkable.

This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop.

This was the second time that I’ve stayed here and it was perfect just as the first time. This was a family trip with multiple rooms and it was very pleasant for all of us. The location is great as we have family that lives nearby. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and this trip was no different. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The hotel is unique and a fantastic value for the cost. We will stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you for another enjoyable stay.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's in a converted warehouse, that you can look into. The rooms are really big and airy. Great bed. Felt clean. Good modern showers. Staff were really polite and helpful. Only good things to say !

This was our 2nd stay in 2 years, same room with balcony. Only thing we needed was a comfortable armchair, but we will pre request one next stay. It will be interesting to see the new lounge bar that was still being constructed. The hotel is very convenient for the town centre and buses and just a 10 minute walk to the mainline station. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Pleasant stay for 9 nights in Andenne to visit family nearby. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The hotel is very unorthodox in layout and feel however it is unique and made the stay more interesting. The room was clean and kept tidy during our stay. The best way I can describe the hotel would be to call it a very unique budget friendly hotel. It was very reasonably priced and met all our needs. We will stay here again our next visit to Andenne.

Very smooth Check-in (even though we were early). Very nice and clean rooms. Very pleasant staff, easy going and responsive. All staff personnel do not speak English but somehow manage to get things done, The Hotel is literally opposite a police station, so very safe. The Factory theme is subtly blended in the hotel character. Walk to every nearby place, groceries, food or some shopping ! Please maintain this ... we are very happy!!

Highly Recommendable Hotel with a Unique Twist We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The service was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. A great place to stay if you’re looking for something with a bit of character!

Super lækkert hotel, der ligger sammen med en maskinfabrik, hvor man kan kigge ind til fabrikken gennem store vinduer til stor fornøjelse for hele familien. Det eneste minus er at de have en dampmaskine i receptionen, der udsendte nogle meget stærke parfumedufte. Det var lidt for voldsomt.
