Great stay, lived the room and the rooftop bar

We had booked a 3 night stay. No one cleaned the room even once even though I asked multiple times. They only changed towels. We also had placed a cake in their kitchen fridge for one night that we got for an event. They damaged the cake. They were quite sorry and were going to give us credit.

No garbage cleaning during my 4 days stay

Fun quirky themed hotel. Great location to walkable eatery. Coffee nook is convenient for a morning grab. Rooms are okay but certainly not for guests who have high cleanliness standards. The bar is more of a dive bar feel with basic drinks in plastic cups; don’t expect luxury. Staff were very pleasant.

This hotel is the perfect spot for parents of students, its within walking distance of the campus and many bars and restaurants. The decor is old school. The views from the rooftop bar are amazing. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Loved the decor and all the community spaces including the rooftop bar.

This property is exceptionally cute- the decor is funky, cozy and unique. A downside to all of the fabric however, was the clear collection of dust on the headboard and chairs. The bathroom also could have used a deeper clean, including a refill of the products (shower gel was completely empty). The shower had great water pressure and the roof top bar a nice view. Overall a nice stay for the price. I would happily stay again.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel in general. The Restaurant / Bar on the 10 floor is very nice - Great view of campus. The only realistic parking option is valet - unless you are interested in walking 1/2 mile. This does add to the cost of the stay - and a tip will be requested for each in and out. I also found a deep ding on my car when it was returned.

The decor is fun and festive. Easy walk to all the shops on East Campus and eateries.

This is a unique hotel with a lot of character! Love the decor and the staff were terrific! The headboards are fabric. This was super weird for me and I felt like there is no way they can truly keep this clean and disinfected.

In the morning I found my car outside the front door (staging area) - Strange because I did not ask the valet to pull my car. But not a big deal since I needed my vehicle in a few hours. I then walked past my vehicle on my way to get a cup of coffee and noticed a big ding in my front fender - aligned exactly with the car parked next to me (and the same color scrape in the ding). I was told to fill out a report - Which I did. First I was blown off then denied my claim. Very disappointing! Here's a point I want to share - Parking options at the hotel 1) Valet - $35/ day + Tips - so total averaging ~ $45.00 day. Note I was told the lot is ~ 1/4 mile away. So you will not have access to your vehicle to grab things - unless you have the valet get your vehicle. Option 2) There is a parking garage ~ 1/4 mile away. $20/day. However no in and out access - So a few ins and out you will likely be at $30+ / day. Note: These where the options given to us by the front desk attendant upon check in.
