Great check in. Fab location for cross Canada travel.

The room needs to have improvements made to the washroom..

Poor interior of room as it was not visually pleasing, a/c did not work. Only one light bulb working in bathroom, the fixture has placement for four bulbs. The owner knocked on my door 45 minutes prior to check out asking if I was checking out or not. I didn’t appreciate the intrusion at all. I would not recommend.

This is an absolute jem. The water side is beautiful. Falling asleep listening to the water was great for my soul. Check in was perfect. Host was friendly and welcoming. Beds are super comfy. Great stay!

Property is a convenient stop over half-way point however on a lower end of the scale as far as room updateness goes. Needs a face-lift and room color scheme changes. Old building. Nice that Tim's is close by and an awesome Pizza place for a meal.

Nice location on the water. Room was clean, but had a very distinctly bad odor. Towels also smelled badly. Should replace all bedding and towels. It would go a long ways toward receiving a more positive rating.

The hotel insisted i had to upside my room because we have two service dogs. We stay w the service dogs all across North America and no one has ever asked this. I asked the manager to provide me the regulation three times with no response. I do not trust this establishment

The bed was as hard as a rock, it was like someone took a kitchen table put a sheet on it, and called it a bed. Booked two parking lot rooms, and was given one room across the parking lot along the waterfalls, made it difficult when traveling with children… would not recommend this place to anyone! One side of the room had a room full of dogs, the other side had cats along the falls. The room along the falls smelt like moth balls, and was very small!

Our unit had a terrible chemical smell that would not go away.

The TV didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t plugged in. There was an old water bottle from a previous guest behind the night stand table which also had a considerable amount of dust and debris. The smell of moth balls hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. Large amount of ice build up on the deck as well, no maintenance there. The price definitely should have been way under $100 per night.

This place is disgusting. The door did not close right so drafty the coffee machine had wrong pot and did not drip the power cord was frayed and burnt and could ketch fire Bath tub tap came away from wall when turning shower on the towels were hard and scratch my skin the dog area is 10×10 and no phone in room to call front desk The reservation didnt include my dog even though i told them so had to pay $50 extra for my dog for 2 days

Nice view of the river. Rooms are very dated and old. Location is great right downtown and convenient to restaurants. Lots of parking onsite.

First room they sent us to was not cleaned. Bed un made Kleenex on counters refused 1st room yuck. We told them we paid extra for water view they gave us so second room was supposed to be waterview He gave us the room in front of a crment dam with a huge tree. Beside us was a few rooms with water view that were empty but we didnt get one

The room smelled like it was smoked in for many years and when we complained about the smell they just gave us an air freshener. Do not stay here unless you are a heavy smoker and don't mind the smell

Close to the highway

We loved our stay and we are planning a return trip !
