Upon arrival our room was not ready, and waited almost an hour by the front desk for our room. Once we got a room the bellman said the room stunk which it did. The bed had lipstick all over the sheets. The towels were still laying on the ground in the bathroom. There were empty water bottles all over the room. So then we had to waste another hour getting another room, and by that point we should have just booked a regular room somewhere else without amenities because we ran out of time to use them. Such a waste of $445 plus fees.

The Good, the Bad, and Everything In Between The Good: The property is charming and well-maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. There are multiple bars on-site, and wristband access adds an extra layer of security. The nearby police station also contributes to a strong sense of safety. The Bad: The hotel lacks food variety—lunch and dinner at Vacation Cafe are repetitive, and while WB Prime offers more options, it’s very expensive. For an island resort, the overall food selection is limited. You may prefer dining at restaurants outside the hotel. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, this might not be the right place—it’s quiet and not ideal for those who enjoy a party atmosphere. Everything In Between: Food prices are high, with a 10% tax and 15% gratuity automatically added to most bills—even outside the hotel. Because gratuity is included, service can be inconsistent. I had one bad experience with a server at the hotel who forgot part of our order, didn’t bring water, and never checked on us. Service quality really depends on the individual.

The room was very clean with beautiful view of the beach. Decor is modern and bright. The resort has multiple pool with a lazy river which my 3 boys loved, and private beach access. The convenience and location is a perfect for a families traveling with kids.

Close to shopping and restaurants. (Straw market, Senor Frogs, etc.) We even walked to the Queens Staircase. Lazy river was awesome and loved the beach!

Hotel staff are extremely rude, unsafe, people in the beach area insisting of selling you things. I requested clean towels an hour passed still no nobody brought us the towels. I had to go to reception request for the towels in person even then it took 20 minutes to get them. I do not recommend this resort at all

We loved our stay at One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were gorgeous! The only thing to be aware of with the surrounding area, is that their hours are VERY driven by the cruise ships. Once the cruises pull out around 5/6pm, a lot of the shops close by close. But there are still places to eat (like the Fish Fry) if you’re willing to walk a bit. Altogether, I’d definitely stay here again!

The entire property was amazing!!

We loved the lazy river and staff were very nice. Mark at the front desk and Lakisha at the cabanas especially. Our room door didn’t close close all the way on its own, our bathroom door was hard to open and close, there was a very limited menu with few places to eat, and while eating at Frank and Lola’s we saw rats running around the property.

What I like about the Property wuz dat, they had transportation 4 U 2 Airport, as well as Taxi's available at Airport 🛫 as well! Food wuz EXCELLENT at Resort as well on tha Beach⛱️👑🫡💯✊🇧🇸

This resort was every bit of amazing. I didn’t like the fact they didn’t offer streaming bcuz I like to watch tv b4 bed. Another thing is they had an extra charge for VAT for 10% on everything on top of the already 15% gratuity. On top of everything being expensive already. Which when I booked I thought I was already charged a VAT fee. My kids and I enjoyed the resort over all. I highly recommend for families with children. Just bring a lot of money lol

Centrally located

Nice property. There are a few waterslides, a jumping rock, a lazy river and a small beach at your finger tips. Enough to keep the kids occupied for certain. The hotel wasn’t too busy in June when we were there - could get seats easily before cruise- goers arrived for the day. The water sports are an extra fee and the restaurants on site are ridiculously expensive unless you’re okay with $400 dinners for a family of 4. Always a 10% VAT fee added and always an 18% service charge added no matter what you’re buying a where. There are a few places within walking distance but they are only open when the cruises are at port. All inclusive paperwork seen at check in but adv to us that it is not an option. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view but you only are allowed one chair on the balcony for ‘safety purposes’ so that’s a bummer. Funny because our son was hurt on premises bc it’s so slippery but the chair is a concern on the balcony. Some of the staff is nice and some not - like anywhere else. There a nice infinity edge adult pool on the 4th floor which I couldn’t check out bc traveled w kids and a rooftop bar that was closed out entire stay. Buffet is also turning in his grave that there’s no swim up bar here. Bahamas just gorgeous water. It was a a nice trip overall.

I’m so happy I chose to stay at Margaritaville Beach Resort during my visit to Nassau. It was my first time in the Bahamas, and MBR truly enhanced my overall experience. The beds were comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the adults-only section reserved for hotel guests, which was a nice touch considering the property also welcomes cruise passengers on day passes. The meals were flavorful, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding.
