Sea & pool view was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean hotel. Bar staff, reception and maids were great , very helpful & always smiling. Breakfast was very yummy. Just a FYI in the pool area there is a lift behind the bush which you need ur room card to use this brings you to the bottom of the hill and you can use the same gate on the way back instead of climbing the hill. Cocktails are well made. You can order a can from reception to the airport. Bis n. 2 and 3 for around €1.60 takes you to the busy side of benidorm there is also an indoor market on a saturday great value for gifts, pens, magnets , tea towels compared to shops near hotel. Tequilla rose shots are yummy. Will definately be returning. Thank you for a lovely welcome x

Enjoyable

I was a solo traveller and my first time i might add so feeling safe was my top priority. I slept like a baby no issues with service be food or drink the staff were vety friendly and i enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel and beautiful view

Stayed here many times over the years, both before and now after it's complete renovation. The room we were in had a fabulous view of the sea and Finnistrat. We were half board, the variety and quality of the food was of the highest order. When we first stayed some 10 years ago the ability to speak Spanish was essential but although they greatly appreciate your speaking their language, most now speak at least some English. The majority of guests were, during our stay, mainly Spanish and the entertainment is geared towards them but most enjoyable. Highly recommend hotel

good hotel but too far from the centre,had to get a bus every time plus located up too many hills, not suitable location for the elderly, good sea views though!

All staff members were lovely and cheerful and nothing too much trouble. Location was a little bit further out of benidorm town than i expected but the beautiful beach made up for it .

Amazing hotel all round and great transport links

The transfer from Alicante to hotel Torre dorada was not.as stated at Expedia desk,on arrival,we were told that we would be dropped of at Hotel CallasMarinabecause the Torre dorada was not available by coach. Not knowing where this hotel was,having been wheel chair assisted,knowing the torre dorada was up a steep hill,we were dropped off at Hotel Bali and got taxi.very upsetting,

only problem is transfer buses drop of at bottom of hill

Lovely area, but quite steep hills. The area has lots of small bars around. The drinks prices in the Hotel were very reasonable. We found the lunch menu to be better than the evening one however there was always something to suit.levante beach is lovely and if you walk down the hill from the hotel turn right then down a little further past the church and turn second right it will bring you to the sea front. The beach to the right tends to be a little quieter, and has a lovely beach bar at the side of the road which is very good for food and drinks and not expensive. Would probably stay at the Torre Dorada again. The hotel does have WI FI and you are able to get a pass word from reception if your having trouble with it.we had room 1216 which was on the 12th floor and had a fabulous sea view.

The hotel was very good and had great food and staff. The down sides are it’s too far at 3 miles from Benidorm and the WiFi was shocking.

The hotel has recently undergone refurbishment but problems remain. Lifts including new lift on which so much money has been spent not working properly. Despite that as regular customers of the Torre Dorsda we always enjoy coming here.

Great hotel for a nice clean part of Benidorm to stay in. Food always had a good choice and was well presented. Staff did everything they could do to make stay enjoyable and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

very good hotel , everything faultless, only complaint is if on higher floor it is a long wait for lifts at mealtimes.

Very clean room and in the hotel. Swimming pool needs. more attention, than a robot cleaner can give. Good friendly service, happy staff, Nice restaurant, good buffet meals. Nightmare finding the hotel, negotiating the narrow roads and parking. we paid for the hotel carpark and left our car there then used taxis so a big added extra on price of hotel stay. Near to shops and Bar/restaurants, but too hot to walk to beach.
