I received a WhatsApp message from the property on the day of my arrival, which has conveniently been deleted, stating that the property didn't have a room available. I didn't see the message until I arrived at the property, but it had asked me to go to another property that cost less, had a less ideal location, and lower reviews. At arrival, they then put my friend and I in a room with one bed that was tiny, *absolutely disgusting*, and was not in the main building. The manager, without prompting, offered to refund this night, which I politely accepted. The next day, we got moved to the correct room, but it did not have any hot water for a shower, so we got moved AGAIN, to another lower quality room without a balcony. One out of the two beds was rock hard so my friend and I ended up having to share a bed. Several days after my stay no refund was issued so I reached out to Hotels.com and the property denied the refund and deleted their WhatsApp message. I've never left a bad review or complained to any service provider before, but this was a terrible experience.

The hotel was basic in facilities but it was clean and the owners friendly. It is close to the beach so a swim before breakfast is a must. 10 minute walk to the historical part of Paraty where there are many good restaurants and tasteful shops.

It was fine for the $50 cad/night. Clean. The staff was friendly, there was a breakfast. Location was good and central. It is a noisy building that was the only drawback

O local fica próximo ao centro, com uma equipe de funcionários dedicada e ambiente extremamente limpo e agradável.

A estadadia foi muito agradável, porém o Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto onde ficamos. Outra sugestão é colocar ganchos para pendurar as toalhas no quarto porque com o frio as toalhas não secavam no banheiro. Outra coisa como nós éramos em 4 não havia mesa para 4 então toda vez tínhamos que juntar as mesas e a funcionária fazia questão de que nós, hóspedes, colocássemos a mesa no lugar que particularmente achei deselegante da parte dela. No mais indico a pousada pois vale o custo benefício principalmente pela localização, dá pra fazer tudo a pé.

Ótima localização, de fácil acesso ao Centro Histórico. Quarto confortável com ótimo ar condicionado. Tivemos um probleminha com a descarga do banheiro mas foi prontamente resolvido pelos funcionários que são muito atenciosos. Com certeza, se voltarmos à Paraty repetiremos a Pousada.
