My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons. First, the room was absurdly small, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote didn’t work, preventing me from adjusting the swing settings. The room had an awful odour and desperately needed air circulation, but the air conditioning made the tiny space unbearably cold within minutes, even at a standard setting of 24–25 degrees. This left me with two unpleasant choices: endure the horrible smell all night or freeze. Unfortunately, I caught a cold due to the cold temperature. The noise from the lift was another major issue. I could hear it clearly from inside my room throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. The bathroom facilities were inadequate and unhygienic. They provided just one tiny bar of soap to be shared between the sink and shower—absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided, which is a basic amenity in any hotel. The check-in process was shockingly slow. Despite having two staff members at the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes to process just two check-ins before it was my turn. The worst part of my experience was dealing with an incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member during check-in. This arrogant older man made the process unnecessarily complicated, even though I had completed all the steps online and prepaid for my stay. He insisted that I fill out all my details on a piece

If the room had provided us with facial tissues, tea and coffee bags, and a mirror in the hallway, I would have evaluated it as good. The area was shabby (“old town”) and noisy in late evenings. However, great breakfast, helpful and responsive staff, cosy and clean room in spite of cracked walls, nice view of surroundings.

Overall our hotel stay went well enough. Room was spacious and clean with good hot water for showers. Beds were small but comfortable. Small shops and restaurants are just around corner for convenient quick snacks and fast food.

El hotel es bueno, el desayuno muy bueno, solo que la ubicación no es la mas recomendable principalmente si se necesita salir de noche.

Good location to Metro station and supermarket. Three minutes walk only. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood seems fine, there is pharmacy in the building, also an authentic Chinese Restaurant in the building as well. Overall, great experience.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

A little hard to find and neighborhood was ok but maybe not at night. We weren’t informed that the breakfast was complimentary. Appreciated getting a plug adapter from reception.

Nice cozy hotel with helpful English speaking staff

O hotel é muito bom. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupas de cama boas, roupa de banho poderia ser melhor e senti falta de um roupão. Quarto grande. Ponto negativo é a localização. O bairro não é muito bom, mas como alugamos carro não tivemos problema. O GPS manda na rua lateral e não tem sinalização, o que dificulta achar o Hotel. Estacionamento incluso. Restaurante do hotel com várias opções e muito bom. A limpeza pode melhorar. A parte do box estava meio encardida. Acabou shampoo, condicionador e sabonete e só fizeram reposição depois de dois dias quando solicitei. Café da manhã com bastante opções.

Buena calidad precio Un hotel muy económico, el cuarto y la decoración MUY MUY bien por el precio y el buffet está bueno para arrancar el día. La ubicación no está tan bien para ir caminando, pero si pides uber y te subes o no te andas con cuidado no hay mucho tema El personal no es muy solutivo, necesitaba una plancha y solo tienen una para TODO EL HOTEL, les pedí que me cambiaran dinero para compar una y se negaron, si preguntabas alguna solución para diferentes cosas simplemente no hay respuesta.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. Os quartos eram extremamente limpos e confortáveis, o que fez toda a diferença para o descanso. A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao metrô, o que facilitou muito a locomoção. A rua onde o local está situado é mais deserta, como é comum em áreas centrais, mas não senti insegurança nem tive dificuldades para circular. No geral, uma ótima experiência!

Travesseiros e roupas de cama maravilhosos

O lugar fica bem no centro numa região que não é legal ficar andando a pé mas quem está de carro já entra no estacionamento e sobe para o hotel, tem um andar com um restaurante chinês (realmente tudo igual da China, até o pato laqueado) para quem gosta de frutos do mar tb eles tem ali. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, teve um dia que jantamos (salmão maravilhoso) e um dia almoçamos menu do dia por 15000 CLP com bebida sobremesa e entrada e prato principal. As acomodações são boas mas pela região tem algumas pessoas que usam ali para “programa” assim na primeira noite não dormi pois o barulho foi enorme, mas as demais não aconteceu isso pedi p trocar de quarto. As camas são ótimas, a roupa de cama, as toalhas, ficamos 4 noites. Pelo custo benefício compensa se vc estiver de carro

Excelente opção para hospedagem em Santiago. O café da manhã é muito bom e há estacionamento gratuito e coberto no hotel. Restaurante do hotel é muito bom e preços bem acessíveis.
