Great hotel

Very nice hotel just down the road from Las Dunas but at half the price. It is in a safe area with friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was a little basic without bottled water, fridge or tea/coffee facilities but was large and air conditioning worked very well. Decent mini-Market is 15 minute's walk away for in room snacks. Nice bar area where they also serve food from 1300 to 2200 and we ate there every day. Service also continued through a rain-storm where most employees were out with their mops and brooms trying to control the flow of water. Overall, a very pleasant 3 days were had there and would recommend. One lady spoke very good English. With other staff it was broken Spanish/English between us with gestures - all taken in good humour.

Very quiet place, nice small pools, away from the city.

The two reception staff helped us to check in and made us feel very welcome despite us not being able to speak Spanish. Thank you, muchas gracias. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the waiter very kind and friendly.

Lovely staff and hotel in good location. Sadly our trip was spoilt by other noisy guests who partied loudly until the early hours and staff did nothing to stop it

I loved this place. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but that doesn't mean you need a car. The front desk called a taxi for me whenever I needed it and they always arrived within minutes. The food and service at the restaurant exceeded my expectations and the bartender made me a great special request cocktail. The pool was fabulous and I was surprised to learn that it is heated to the perfect temperature. Do not miss out on this fabulous place when you are in Ica.

Very nice place for family vacation , the staff very friendly. The hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent!!!

When we arrived the front desk receptionist was so unpleasant. She didn’t greet us, didn’t smile ( you can still tell if someone smiles while wearing a mask), she was whispering while talking about the amenities, but her whole persona was just bad. We paid for the hotel more what’s in the area so at least I would want someone welcoming.

El personal es muy amable. La comida en el restaurante tanto para la cena como desayuno fue muy buena. La habitación familiar es cómoda y espaciosa. Lo único malo es que fue el único lugar de nuestro viaje en el Perú donde nos picaron muchos mosquitos al dormir, podrían poner citronella, lavandas o algún repelente natural.

Hotel afastado do centro. Area comum bem cuidada, funcionarios gentis e prestativos. Café da manha pode melhorar, foi igual nos três dias.

La habitación un poco ruidosa. Calefacción no funcionaba.

Muy buena opción para viajes de negocios, aunque podrían extender un poco el horario del check out

La ubicación es excelente, e Instalaciones son excelentes. Los alrededores, la urbanización bastante descuidada.
