So the hotel is so dirty They don't have a good water cycle in it The breakfast is so disgusting there's nothing to eat Also they turned on the fire alarm for no reason at 1 am 🙂 The sheets had stain on it also the bathroom roofing was leaking from the toilet above ما عندهم شطااافة

I’ve been traveling around Turkey for the past two months and no matter how many stars a hotel has I want it to be clean, with helpful, caring, courteous employees and a calm atmosphere. Well, I found it all in one place here in Trabzon: Kudos to Kürt Otel.

Very bad location, uncomfortable bed , no patio,the room was on the street side so you hear the noises of the cars all the time, air conditioning wasn’t working only heat folks!!!the breakfast was not bad and the place was dark while you’re there , the otel always dark no lights whatsoever even at the reception not to mention the breakfast hall!!! Cheap management! First and Last time here

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is relatively new , although it' fat from meydan but transportation by buses is available all time. However ,if I came to Trabzon another time , I will not stay in it. The owner is mean and you have to ask many times to do the service or change bed sheets or towels. There is no tissue paper or electric kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee, there's no safe .There is no waste basket in the room , the elevator was out of service and we had to go by stairs to the fifth floor many times a day

Excellent and clean hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, the service is excellent, and the management is cooperative with us, it is close to the center, as well as the Trabzon Forum Mall, a 15-minute walk away I recommend this hotel, I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and they have no problem coming back late and the breakfast in the hotel is good. There are many types of eggs and soups, as a new hotel I think it is appropriate in terms of prices and location 🤍
