Our room was incredibly hot, the AC was running but blowing hot air. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the AC or providing a fan. We requested a new room, the staff said multiple times “they are all the same” but allowed us to try another room. The room was marginally better than the previous one but still miserable to sleep in. (Still quite hot) we opened the window for a good portion of the night but there is a loud bar below. Beds were uncomfortable and our room had the previous persons makeup in the cabinet and mold in the corner of the shower. It’s way cheaper than staying in Venice, and the train station is right around the corner so that is a plus. However think about how much sleeping in cold room after being in the hot sun matters to you while on vacation!

Great for parking. Breakfast, 2 minutes to the train station to go to Venice. 25 minutes at 3 euros, great restaurant next door, staff very friendly. Small room and the bathtub drain didn’t have a plug.good location close to Venice. 2nd time I’ve stayed in Mogliano Veneto.reasonably priced for three people

Best staff at all. Especially Damiano reception and Anna reception Irena and Dorina the breakfast stewardess They answered all questions with the biggest smiles.

Room is old

We were greeted by Luisa who was very friendly and a joy to be with. When we got there we were booked in the old building. Luisa listened to our feedback and accommodated us to a newer room in the main building. We quickly became friends with Luisa who was the best part of our trip!

If you are staying outside of Venice, but looking for a peaceful and well located commuter town, this property is a good option. It is conveniently located near the main train station to get into Venice, and the bus stop is also around the corner. Overall, the communal areas of the hotel are maintained to the standard of a 4* hotel, but the rooms need some inprovement. The main issue is the bathroom, which has visible mould around the shower. The ceiling is also experiencing damp. The rooms themselves are a good size, with a comforable bed. There was also a kettle with a selection of herbal teas. A hotel with this rating should really provide slippers - there is no point showering, only to then collect dust and bring it in to the bed. Breakfast was excellent, there was always a good selection of sweet and savoury options. The main lady in charge of breakfast (with the dark hair) needs to make a rule and stick with it - you either let people with bags in, or you don't. There can't be different rules for different guests...

Louise at the front desk was extremely helpful. The dining ladies were very rude to my kids because they left too much food on their plates, I was charged a waste fee. I'm just glad my kids tried new things, even though they didn't like it. Air conditioning wasn't working, beds were springy and hard. I don't think I will be going back.

Staff was very helpul with train times and when our luggage was lost by the airlines, theya allowed us phone usage to solve the issue.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! It is really run down, the laminate floor in the room is falling apart. However, the loveliest staff both at the checkin and checkout. We left at 5 am and they put together a takeaway food (apples, crackers, water). The hotel in in a nice area.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast

Clean, staff very helpful, breakfast options diverse. Facility is older and needs updating. Surprised there was no iron available at all. Location is great, close to shopping, dining, couple minutes walking to train station that takes you directly to Venice. Parking garage is tight, but safe and secure.

Toilet seat creaking. Faucet and shower water turned brown. Sink water flooded. Low water pressure.
