I recently stayed here for a stag do in July and was pleasantly surprised. I did a lot of research beforehand, and the words “bargain” and the phrase “cheap and cheerful” come to mind. I genuinely don’t think you’ll find a better hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. It gives you a roof over your head, air conditioning (which was average), breakfast (also average), and pleasant staff. For around £230 per person for three nights, I was very happy. The location is excellent at the top of the strip, so you’re right in the action but it’s still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The swimming pool is great, very big, deep, and extremely warm (it could be a little cooler, but I’m nit picking). My only concern is that my data appears to have been leaked to a third party, or I assume the hotel works with third parties that use your data. I was bombarded with fraudulent messages claiming I owed additional money and “deposits” for the trip, despite us paying in full upfront. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible, as I’m sure some people will fall for it. The WhatsApp message I received looked extremely genuine. Overall a good stay. 3/5 star.

No problems with hotel . I've stayed at hotel many times but didn't find the choice of food in buffet is not as good as it used to be. I've always found there was plenty of alternatives I liked. I'm a plain eater but now all meat and fish is in a sauce. As there was a lot of children pizza burger hot dog never available trays always empty. Chips always avl but not alternative potato choices. Queues at breakfast as the staff couldn't keep up with demand for eggs and bacon

The Pueblo is my and wifes favourite benidorm hotel as the food is very good. The staff are friendly and very helpful also there is a great pool area

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.

Very clean and friendly, but really noisy inconsiderate guests.

Staff courteous and very happy. Always available if there was an issue. I had a problem with my safe but it was solved promptly and politely. Loved the overall feel Of the hotel and will be back.
