Stay away from this place!!! Our stay was horrible, we came in around midnight (and left around 6), the door is open, when we came in, it smells so "moldy"., its dirty from the entrance to the linens., the AC is not working, the wifi is slow...everything is bad.

Hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the train terminal. Nice area. 7-11 and grocery store close. Very roomy. 2 beds in 1 bedroom and room for 3 in the Japanese style bedroom. Living room, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware. Loft for this that want to climb up to another room. Good price for all this. Only problem was bodily fluid on 2 of the mattresses in the Japanese room which made them so they couldn’t be used. I contacted management but they never got back to me until after we left. Everything looks a little outdated but still comfortable.

I brought my daughter to Tokyo to celebrate her high school graduation. We wanted to experience a real Japanese neighborhood and that is exactly what we got with this place. It is not fancy, but clean and exactly what we wanted! I will try to stay here again.

I don't think this should be called a hotel. It is not. there is no staff Manning the place. It is really a unit or apartment. having said that it was a nice place to put your feet up at the end of the day. Easy walk to the train and buses.

Pretty far away from most things Tokyo. A decent walk from the train station too.

Overall was okay. Just look a little old looking. But it was a nice place to stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, which claimed to be a hotel but was, in fact, a private residential apartment. Unfortunately, it fell far short of even the most basic expectations, let alone Japan's typically high standards. Upon arrival, we were left stranded as there was no one to greet us or provide assistance. The room's PIN was incorrect, and we were fortunate that our airport transfer driver was able to contact the owner to obtain the correct PIN. The apartment itself was dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Essential amenities, such as proper cutlery and sufficient toilet paper, were lacking. The bed had bloodstains, the sofa was broken, and the curtains were stained. The lack of customer service was staggering. There was no one to turn to for help or support during our 13-day stay. To make matters worse, our booking experience with Wotif was also subpar. Despite requesting a late checkout three days in advance, we were initially granted a 12 pm checkout. However, Wotif later revoked this permission, demanding we check out by 10 am or face extra charges. The cleaning staff arrived promptly at 10 am, thankfully finding us packed and ready to depart. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment and booking through Wotif. The numerous shortcomings, lack of service, and uncoordinated communication make for an unacceptable experience and very poor wi-fi

Communication to the owner to bad, so dirty and stink, fridge handle broken, stove so old and dirty.blanket was stained. Not recommend

Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book.

Nice, clean place to stay.

Very spacious, far from main city

It was very spacious for the price and located in a safe and quiet area.

The area is more remote, so more quiet. There is a Lawson store, which we went to everyday. The unit is older but clean and roomy. It had a washing machine but no dryer. On my last day I found out that there is a laundry facility near by, but it was too late.

Looks good and cheaper compare to others

They need to have better communication when you get a room here. When you get a room here they send you an email with your room number plus the code to get in other than the communication it is a nice room and me and my daughter enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was great about the place. I understand we rented an apartment but we needed to clean a lil the place. The biggest inconvenience was that the property doesn’t have a good way to reach management so there no staff in place to do a check in. Most international flights arrive to Haneda very late and there was no one to open and the only way they have to contact is by phone or email. Since as a foreign you can’t get a local sim cad with phone number we end up having to stay the first night on another hotel just to wait for someone to get us the information to get in the apartment.

This property was great for a family of 5. The kids had a bedroom and the adults had their own. It was quiet between units, but within the unit you could hear through the walls. It was a great location with a bus stop right in front and multiple train stations within a 20 minute walking distance. The area was very quiet and had multiple grocery and convenience stores within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again!

マンションなので、部屋が広くて(リビング含めて3部屋)、とてもいいのですが、宿泊が2人だったので、ちょっと広すぎる感じもしました。 でも、部屋が6Fだったので、高層を少し楽しめました。 近くに、スカイツリーがあったのですが、残念ながら、角度的に、それを見る事は出来ませんでした。 コンビニやスーパーが、もう少し近くにあったら良かったのになぁと思います。(スーパーはまいばすけっとまで、10分弱位) 全く暗くは無いのですが、全体的に、照明がもう少し明るいと良いかなと感じました。 でも、レンジや冷蔵庫、キッチン用品等も揃っていて、ゴミ箱も分けて入れられる大きめのものがあったので、設備は全体に良いですね。 テレビは、リビングの大きさからするともう少し大きいと良いのではないかなと思いました。

フロントがない。 最初に訪れた時はアパートかと思った。 どうやってチェックインすればいいのかわからず、代表電話に掛けてやっと入室できた。 部屋もホテルの装いではなく、アパートの一室のような造り。 寝室にはゴミ箱もサイドテーブルもヘッドボードもなく不便。 2度と利用しない。
