The staff was friendly and helpful

It's always nice to stay here, because access to the bus station is easy, there are also lots of food shops around. Because when we were staying there was a problem with the water not flowing or the room being full, we didn't understand, then they moved us to the hotel next door, we didn't mind, and they gave us the best room. We will come back to stay here again if we go to Istanbul. Thank you Santo Rio and Traveloka 🙏🙏

Menyenangkan, saya memesan 2 kamar standar untuk 2 malam, menurut saya yang paling penting hotel ini dan kamarnya sangat bersih, ukuran kamar standar juga cukup luas dan memiliki karpet. Letak hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan metro taksim dan station bus havaist/havabus airport. Dan pelayanan juga sangat ramah, itu yang membuat saya memustuskan untuk extend 1 malam lagi. Terima kasih Santa Rio hotel, sudah memberikan pelayanan terbaik, saya akan kembali ke sini lagi jika berkunjung ke istanbul 👍🏻👍🏻

Very smooth check in procedures, newly renewed interior inside the room, new bed and very clean bathroom.
