Really poor. My room had a very large south facing window in full sun. My room was unbearably hot, but the hotel had not turned the aircon on. The staff could not care less. It was a very poor experience, although the bar staff were good

Recently renovated

Had been dreaming about coming back to the hotel for two years and I finally was able to come back in the trip to visit my friend but found somewhat disappointed about the condition of the room I got this time. A girl from the front desk (I believe I saw in Nov 2023 as well) tried to honor my request to change to a different room but it didn’t happen unfortunately. For this reason, I still give 4 star review. The shower was still so nice as last time. The room was smaller than I stayed last time (the girl from front desk helped to push the table to the bench so I could sit down and touch the light switch). The bathtub had cracks vs last time I had a big shower room. Bed and pillows are comfortable which helped me fall into sleep after long days.

Wxcellent room service meal

Due to a cancelled flight I arrived early the following morning and I was informed my room had been cancelled even though I paid for it in full! I was However offered a room for the day and was able to stay for the afternoon until 630 pm which I paid for. The hotel was very nice, great location if you’re flying in and out of Nice airport.

Details of property on expedia show that it should be open from 11 March - we arrived on 7 April and it was closed! Very inconvenient as we booked this hotel as it had a pool

Roof top pool was shut, Staff very unhelpful facilities poor the bar served as everything, bar breakfast area restaurant , no social area, sitt in the corridor.

No issues at all. Conveniently located in Nice with easy access to Airport and a great bus/train system to get around town or to Monte Carlo. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is walkable to the Nice Airport. It’s clean and in very good condition. I recommend it highly for access to the airport. Also, the train is a 5 minute walk that you can take into Nice or Monaco.

Great hotel located across from Terminal 1 at the airport. And a short easy walk to train station. Room was clean, bed comfy and staff very friendly. I would stay here again even if not for the airport.

Stayed thee times. All wonderful. But the restaurant is the worst.

Would be nice if they had a microwave and/or a fridge in the room. But they have a water heater so you can still have your hot tea or instant noodles there

Easy access to both Nice/Monaco or to Cannes going west. Train stop is an easy walk.

smelled of sewage throughout hotel became accustomed to stench

Nice hotel, walking distance to the airport, clean and modern room.

The property was as expected, nice, clean, good staff. We were a bit disappointed that the rooftop bar had closed for the season. Very convenient to Nice tram. About a 15 minute walk to Terminal 2 for Air France.
