Clean and convenient. Great communication with staff for late check in.

Very hard to have a good nights sleep because there is a very bright light outside both windows and no blackout curtains. The entire room was lit up all night. As well as the A/C was very loud. Staff has very limited hours and never spoke with anyone in person our entire stay.

The location is great, right on the beach with easy access. Our ground floor room was handy and the bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom window latch was broken so the window wouldn’t shut all the way. The coffee pot was handy but the coffee wasn’t replenished for the second day of our stay. The front desk woman was helpful and friendly, when you could reach her. The office was closed for most of the time and communication with staff inconsistent. All in all, I would stay there again as the location was perfect for our needs.

Staff person was friendly and very helpful. Burned out light at bedside, so only 1 overhead light. Friendly staff loaned us her office lamp. Room was dark and gloomy. Extremely cold in room. Turned on baseboard heater but slept with extra heavy clothing all night. No cover on comforter. Kettle was fire hazard - plastic melted underneath showing exposed wires. Guests are asked to dispose of their own garbage when leaving. Great price but would not recommend.

Awesome place we will be back

This was a terrible property with a great price. The room was cold, the window in the bathroom rattled all night in the wind, the light pierces into the room in the morning as the kitchen and bathroom windows are uncurtained. Yes, I could’ve closed the bathroom door, but then the meager heat from the one rad would not have managed to penetrate it. Uncomfortable bed. Few pillows. Loud fridge. I do not know how they have such a positive rating on this. Pay the extra few dollars and stay elsewhere.

It was an amazing stay.

Overall maintenance in room, most of the outlets did not work. TV instructions to operate were from a different model than what was installed. Lady that checked us in was very friendly with customer service .

Super friendly and efficient staff

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We booked a kitchenette as it was not available. So, we were provided with a hotplate and some kitchenware. Room was clean, and very basic, but not set up for cooking in. We did not get a discount in price, or informed at check in that the room we booked was not available.

The room was very good and clean just the entrance door didn't latch unless you locked it other wise you could just push it open

Have stayed here before because we like the location near the lake, the ground floor access, kitchen facilities, clean & comfortable bed, good sized fridge and staff

Love the location and right on the water. Staff are always friendly. I know what I’m getting when I book here and have done so multiple times now with friends.

Shift migrant workers coming and going all night long . Noisy . Water for bathing was orange.

Great location! Clean and affordable. Single pane windows could use an upgrade.

Although it is an old facility, it is well maintained and clean.
