Our group has now stayed at reStays Ottawa for two consecutive years, and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We travel across Canada frequently and stay in many different accommodations, and reStays stands far above the rest. The property itself is immaculate—rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds. The full kitchens and in-suite washer and dryer make a huge difference for a travelling team, adding both comfort and convenience. The underground parking is also easy and accessible, which makes arrivals and departures seamless for a large group. What truly sets reStays apart, however, is the people. From the initial booking process to our arrival and throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. We were greeted warmly, treated with genuine kindness, and every effort was made to meet and exceed our needs. The front desk team was always friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping was efficient and attentive. A very special mention must go to Gillian, the Assistant Manager, who is truly exceptional and the heart of the entire experience. You can immediately tell how much she cares—she is genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly dedicated to both her guests and her team. Gillian went above and beyond in every way, anticipating our needs, creating welcoming spaces for our group to gather, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Had a fantastic stay here! The rooms were lovely and apartment style, with a full kitchen. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly, and the price was excellent. Not to mention the location is in walking distance to downtown Ottawa and Parliment. Would definitely stay here again and am recommending booking at ReStay to anyone looking to stay in the core of Ottawa!

This is the only hotel I book whenever I come to Ottawa for work. It’s within walking distance of Parliament and nearby parliamentary buildings, with an excellent location on Sparks Street. The rooms were outstanding, and Gillian and the entire team were incredibly accommodating. I accidentally left my laptop in the lounge and had already returned to Toronto, but I was notified immediately. Exceptional service—five stars.
