Room had the best view of harbour and Malaga city sights. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Water and coffee replenished daily. Big soft fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious. All staff friendly and helpful. Check in and out quick and easy. Great find in a fantastic location

Amazing location. The building can be seen for miles which also helps. Very impressed with the room and it represented great value. Exceeded expectations for the price paid. The breakfast wasn’t very extensive but was good for always being included. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in the city centre. We are glad we chose this place. Room was great and clean. Front desk was very polite and friendly.

What a brilliant stay; all starting with being given an upgrade to a gorgeous room, overlooking the harbour and sea. Got to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in, some of the facilities are top quality. Would love to come back

Location of hotel is perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, water, and historic sites. Hotel staff was not very helpful, and didn’t really seem to care to ensure that we had a great stay, nor did they ask at checkout if everything was okay during our stay. Exception to staff indifference was LUCAS the bartender on the 7th floor, he was friendly, listened and made my husband and me the most amazing cocktails!! And cared enough to come and confirm that we liked what he made! As to the room, it was a nice room, lots of space..just missing some of the basic hotel amenities (facial tissue, wash clothes, shower cap, slippers/robe)..comforts that you would expect from a ‘boutique’ hotel. All in all…location great…but no service.

Great central hotel and the perfect place to see Malaga’s famous Christmas lights. We upgraded to a junior suite and could enjoy the light show from our balcony. The only issue I would raise was that none of the rooms with twin beds had views and in the junior suite the second bed was a pullout sofa.

Location and friendly staff

The hotel is wonderful, very clean excellent position but the best is the staff, the concierge Lazaro is amazing and helpful with the luggage. We are traveling around the world for years and the Soho hotel is one of the best

Noisy with lifts

Staff decidedly indifferent. At checkin we asked about breakfast. Staff said it would be served on the 7th floor. Next morning we’re told breakfast is fully booked and not available. Wouldn’t it be part of staff’s job to ask arriving guests if they want to reserve for breakfast?
