Unusual to be in a hotel that will clean your room, but only if you request the services. Staff were always helpful and their breakfasts outstanding… just sorry they don’t have regular meals in the evenings - they offer just casual snacky type food and beverage. One thing I didn’t like was the bathroom shower/tub combo. If you’re fairly short like me, getting in and out was always done carefully… a grab bar would be a big asset.

Rooms were small but functional. location was convenient to public transportation and it was close to everything. Staff was friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff and lots to do and see nearby! Lovely views from the rooftop bar and great drinks! The breakfast buffet is a must for fueling up. Would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was great. Big breakfast spread and good food. Right off the metro, really convenient. Can do metro or busses all over from the hotel. Easy walk to tons of food and the canal

Nice new building, very nice breakfast and it's a nice place. Need bedside tables, also there's not way to open the outside door on the street after hours if you don't have a key and no way to contact the front desk, if i did not have a cell phone i would have been stuck on the street. The entrance is also hard to find if not in front of it, need signs around the corner on the same building, when arriving late at night it's hard to see.

It’s a convenient location. The regular rooms are tiny and I mean tiny. Upgrade. But perhaps due to post-NY Eve the vicinity was a mess of trash, broken bottles, and general litter and vandalism. But it felt perfectly safe. We were out day and night, no problems. The larger room was fine, with a great shower, and clean. Staff was all nice. I do wish they’d put coffee out sooner for breakfast. The machine coffee is weak. Add an espresso or two.

We loved everything about the hotel except the bed. It said it was supposed to be a king size bed, but it was smaller than a queen. So sleep wasn’t good unfortunately.

Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff, delicious and high quality breakfast. The only negative was that the rooms were too hot even with the thermostat at the lowest setting. The duvet/bed cover was too hot. Perhaps consider having lghter duvets. Overall wonderful hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experiences. The subway station is just a few meters away from the hotel. My parents and friends had been to Copenhagen several times and told me that they wished they knew about this hotel when they visited.

Breakfast included was a fantastic surprise! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and saw their level of service by the outstanding complimentary breakfast that was served in the morning. Everything was of excellent quality and very fresh and we helped ourselves to custom coffees at their espresso machine. I also enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon, so another bonus! This location is very convenient and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the water. I really felt taken care of due to their hospitality and the pride they took in their service. Will definitely return if I am back in Copenhagen

Nice stay, real hygge!

We had amazing help and assistance from the front desk assistant Kia. Her help made Copenhagen so much easier to navigate and was a tremendous help in booking our train to Sonderborg.

Super stay. Lovely room, excellent top floor bar and a great breakfast. Good location for city centre.
