if was ok but could be better , dirty towels

I had a good time at this hotel, nice staff and good drinks at bar. Few things I would recommend for better experience for other guests, please get better wifi, in my room the wifi disconnected many times, it barely worked on my phone and on my laptop the shows keep freezing it was really annoying. I used my data on my phone a lot. I requested a king bed but got 2 twin beds put side by side I didn't like it. I find in Greece they do that a lot. Also had separate blankets. Last thing shower was way too small, could barely move around. Wish it was bigger to be more comfortable. Staff was nice but I would personally go somewhere else since I expected wifi to work and 90% of the time it was not working and kept disconnecting. My phone plan did not have a lot of data with the eSIM so had to purchase more data and waste more money.

It was in a really convenient location and was a reasonable price. It was budget and I was concerned about the noise of revellers but it all stopped by 11pm. The lifts were temperamental and I had to lug my heavy case down several flights of stairs. The shower flooded. But it did the job.

We had a 2 night stay here last week. The staff were lovely and helpful, the bedroom was clean, modern and functional with added extras we didn’t expect i.e a water dispenser on each floor and an ice bucket the staff will fill up for you. Looking at some of the other photos I think we either got unlucky or chose the smallest room type when booking as some of the other rooms and balconies online look much bigger than ours and our shower room was very small too and a little dated but it did the job. Overall this hotel is great value for money and I would definitely recommend for someone wanting to see Rhodes Town without spending a lot.

Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint.

Nice hotel. Clean room, decent balcony, quiet. The bar lounge area is nice to relax. Breakfast was a little disappointing and expensive so I only had it once. Unfortunately, coffee/juice isn’t included although the leaflet says it is (but turns out this is if you book breakfast as part of your room rate!) Very close to two beaches (I’d recommend Ellie beach) and near some restaurants and markets. They have a cool co-working space with some books. The staff are usually friendly (especially the night reception guy I met and the woman on reception when I checked out and the housekeeping staff always said good morning) but a female manager - I assume, due to her clothing - was less so. I smiled at her one morning and said hi and she totally ignored me…although I’m finding this is a common thing with hospitality staff on Rhodes? The have water filter stations on every floor but no water… Either remove them or provide them? Overall, good hotel, would stay again, but some areas to improve.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room clean. Balcony good views. Breakfast, only had once due to other things but great yoghurt. Bathrooms, had 2 rooms, small, showerhead great but flooded easily, required more bath mats. First room was fine but second in a corner was a lot better, seemed more square than long. We were happy.

Lovely staff. Cosy but clean room. Excellent service and reasonably priced too.

The toilet/shower is flat, all on one level...When using the shower, the entire bathroom is and stays flooded all night.

Super friendly, proactive and communicative staff- they were always very responsive and helpful with our questions before we arrived. The check-in was smooth and accommodating as we arrived in the middle of the night due to long delays with our flight. We were also offered any drink of our choice upon arrival, which was nice. The room was bigger than expected and clean, whilst the insulation wasn’t the best as you could hear slight traffic noise at night. The room was slightly worn out than expected but had a well functioning aircon. Close to a nice beach and local eatery places, and very central. Overall good stay for one night.

On our first day when we had use the sink lost of dirty smell water came up from the drain in the shower we had to wait for the next day before the maintenance man could come we were offered extra towels to put on the floor. At the same time our tv would not work we were told the maintenance man would also fix the it was not fixed he swop the tv which worked but needed the brightness changed we asked again twice at this stage we gave up
