Amazing hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms. House keeping was not that great, i only had them once during my four days of stay and they didn't clean everything. But overall, I am very happy with this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was clean and very conveniently located for my purposes. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And, I really enjoyed the Brazilian theme!

Only a 1 night stay, but the hotel is in a great location and has a tram stop only 5 mins away. The room is super nice, with loads of mod cons. The breakfast was great too, situated in a café next door.

Great vibe with all the amenities. The only reason I gave this property a 4 is the fact that their air conditioning in the rooms is not controllable and it was a heat wave where we experienced uncomfortable heat in the rooms. They gave us a fan, which was great. We would have had a tough time sleeping without it.

Rooms were clean , staff was great . Breakfast was good and having a laundry room on site was great .

We do not recommend this hotel during summer, or you are a non smoker, or you do not live in a community building. There was no airconditioning, no fan, no refrigerator. Since it is situated in an apartment complex, people living in the apartment smoke and noisy. We messaged the property and no response at all. For the price we paid, this place is not worth it!

Very spacious. AC and proper black out curtains. Useful to have a kitchenette and minifridge. Even had a swing in the room. Supermarket nearby, bakery right next door. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby even if you don’t pay for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was worth every penny. Will stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but found that some basic amenities were lacking; ironing board in the room, only shampoo and hand soap available, etc

Great property. Room was beautiful. Location was great - two street trains and a subway within a block. Good neighborhood. Just a great place to stay in Vienna.

The room was so peaceful and cool, especially as it was mid to late 30s outside. They don't have air conditioning but a different system which keeps the rooms cool and they just ask you to keep the blinds and curtains drawn to keep it cool. We had a busy weekend travelling to the Grand Prix, but the hotel was the perfect base to return to each evening to just chill and relax. Would definitely return here

Everything was amazing i enjoyed my stay only an air-conditioned rooms are needed ..it gets hot in the summer that was the only downside

We loved staying at Rioca! The staff was wonderful. Every single staff person answered our many questions and gave us tips on where to go, how to get there, and what to see and where to eat. All written down for us. Staff always checked in with us when we returned from our daily adventures. Invaluable information, thank you!!! A lovely bar/restaurant right next door. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. Our room 5 stars. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come back to Vienna.

Staff was very helpful, great amenities and cool concept for a hotel.

It was a great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and room/hotel was really nice. It is a bit far from the center of the city if you plan to walk everywhere, however, tram and subway are about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I wish they would have coffee available in the lobby all day, that would be great.

Nice clean hotel with big rooms with mini kitchens . Laundry in basement . A little away from center of city but easy access to trams .

Best stay in Vienna for a solo traveller only that the laundry is very expensive. You have to load the app 30euros even if you only have to use 6euros.
