Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!

Great room newly decorated. Very clean free breakfast which was delicious and a bar on the premises. Very good value for money.

Decent boozer, no evening food offering but two mins walk is a cracking eat in chippy. Bar staff were spot on, live football on and good Guinness Breakfast is good and worth £10 Definitely use again when in the area

Upon arrival I thought I’d be in a room above a busy pub and noise would be an issue. The rooms, however, are next door and I never heard a thing. Rooms are to a good standard, very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely and staff were welcoming and friendly. As a coffee lover I would have loved a real freshly brewed coffee especially at breakfast rather than the sachets but this is a minor quibble.

Walked in to the cleanest pub I have ever visited! It is modern, open plan and fresh! There is no food apart from an excellent cooked breakfast but they allow takeaway food in the pub and provide plates/cutlery. Very friendly and helpful! Rooms are small but very cosy and a comfortable bed! Although situated on a busy high road I never heard the traffic from my room!

I stay here at least once a month and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else The level of service is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and comfortable the location is great for walking into the town for dinner and the staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met

Lovely little pub, good breakfast, lovely room, blackout blinds, fan, comfy bed, will use again!!!!! Highly recammend.

Overall pretty good , bit noisy when in room from outside speakers . Wi-Fi connection not great. Room nice , bathroom bit small . Will stay again

We received a very friendly welcome and the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was large and tasty. Just be aware that the pub is understandably noisy while it is open, so it may not suit someone who is looking for an early night!

Lovely and polite service. Amazing breakfast. No dinner available so needs to be a walk and check opening times of the restaurants as during my visit a lot were closed! Take ear plugs as the music from the pub can be quite loud if you want an early night. Bathroom was very small but was fine for my use during my stay.

Really pleasantly surprised okay it was a quiet night mid week, but really friendly and room was very well equipped very clean. It is definitely stay again
