A warm welcome and a pleasant place to stay and car park just down the road which was good and not too expensive. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting Rochester..

Cleans room, staff friendly

All the room is as shown in the pictures and neat and clean ,near to the station and shopping amenities

For the hotel itself. Warm welcome, easy check in. Room was spacious, warm and clean. Looks like the place hasn't long been renovated, however, signs of maintenance issues already evident, e.g. The shower was leaking cold water and the tray wasn't draining. That said, I had a good night sleep and I'd stop again. As an aside, street parking is very limited. The car park down the road is useful, but also the commuter car park for the train station, so very busy.

Extremely obliging staff. Public car park entrance is easy to miss. Walkable distance from Winchester centre. Some noise from trains. Budget accommodation, very clean and tidy. Good buffet choices for £6 and eggs cooked freshly to order.

Clean was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and efficient.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. There is no parking space at the hotel but there is a pay and display car park very close by. £6.60 which gives you up to 18 hours. Near Strood station, 5 minutes to Rochester.

Spotless room and bathroom, staff very helpful and welcoming (brought us an extra chair and pillows).

Comfortable and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a good all round hotel and I always feel safe staying there alone or with my family. Close to Strood station and only a short walk to Rochester. Will always choose to use this hotel when visiting Medway.
