Loved the stay here!! Loved the location!! Loved the customer service and loved the staff. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon and is walking distance to a lot of the attractions and night life. We stayed on the top floor and the view was spectacular!!

The location was nice easy walk to the River. There was a lot of noise so if you like to listen to nightlife it was great. The size the property was great and we had plenty of room. Loved the kitchen area as well.

Good location. Only one very thin towel per person. On our last day, after a full day out touring around we came back to our apartment to find the front door unlocked and ajar. Luckily nothing appeared missing but very concerning that the cleaning staff didn't lock up properly. When I spoke the front desk manage, he said he would get back to me. Haven't heard a peep.

This place is close to everything, easy to access and in the best place to enjoy Lisbon

This hotel is located close to many good restaurants and shops. The room was well organized and clean, but the space is limited. There is a platform elevator which is extremely slow. Our main concern was the air conditioning system which we can’t control. The room was too warm and we couldn’t lower the temperature.

Nice place.

The property is in a great location. The sink in the main bedroom was out of commission because of a leak behind the wall. We could smell mold and the person in that room has a mold intolerance so it was not a good situation.

Prime LOCATION to all Lisbon has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the apartment we booked.

We had an amazing stay. Luis was so incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. We tried to stay an extra night but they were booked up. Luis helped us find a great room even though it wasn’t at his hotel.

The staff was excellent and the location incredible but the room was very very small. Like so small all there was was a bed and desk. The online pictures made it seem like a full apartment but there wasn’t even a mini fridge. A little misleading but the location was perfectly central to everything. The front desk was in the main hotel with the apartments being around the corner (about a 3-5 min walk).

Very spacious property, great location for seeing the local sites and accessing transport. Would stay here again

Great place and location

My 2 guest and I enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The location was great, the staff was very friendly, and the apartment was clean. We did ask for early check-in and they did not allow it, but they did place our bags on storage while we waited for our room to be ready. The only complaint is the lift did not work. We were grateful to have assistance with our bags at check-in. Would definitely stay again, but would pack less items.

This apartment was great for two couples. We stayed two nights and it was clean and spacious. Two of our travelers have trouble walking and this property was close to shops and dining. They also had a very small elevator that the staff let the two people with us use, however a couple stairs were inevitable. The check in location is actually around the block and up a small hill (what's not in Portugal!?), however one of the gentleman working at the property helped us with our luggage to the apartment. If everyone in our party was able to walk well, I would have no complaints! We enjoyed the modern upgrades and close location to shops and dining. The apartment was really like our own place in Portugal.
