Room is spacious with modern design. Spa quality bathroom with Dyson hair dryer. Furnishing is stylish and trendy. I love the light switch panel. The theme in room is cozy and trendy elegant. Pool and 24 hours fitness room is great. Excellence in service with all levels of staffs. The complimentary ride to the airport in an Audi SUV, that is great hospitality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Versante Hotel! The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Every area felt well-maintained, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The attention to detail, stylish atmosphere, and overall cleanliness really stood out. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in Richmond. Would happily stay here again! ✨🏨💕

Hotel - Lobby was alright, but room and other amenities such as gym, pool & restaurant, were very impressive! Staff - Our rental car was broken into at Stanley Park on our first day. We shared our experience with the front desk. They instantly offered room upgrade, but we didn’t take it as it didn’t meet our needs. Instead, they offered to comp valet parking! Everyone was just so nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, well staffed and featured free valet parking and snacks in the room We loved the saltwater pool, and the gym was clean and well equipped. The location overall is good but it is in a slightly awkward location due to the road configuration in the area. You do need a car although it's close to 2 skytrain stations, it's not in a fun walking neighbourhood.

Great stay, wonderful staff, beautiful & comfortable rooms. Shuttle back to airport was efficient and timely. The Italian Restaurant across the street was enjoyed by our group.. would stay here again.

The hotel has just been renovated, and looks amazing. The rooftop pool was lovely and heated quite warmly so as to be comfortable when it is a bit chilly. I can't say enough nice things about the staff, everyone we talked to was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant were delicious, and they say a dinner service should start in a few weeks. It was a convenient location for us, being near the airport and fun things to do in Richmond, including amazing dumpling and dim sum restaurants. The rooms were well noise-insulated, being near the airport didn't bother us at all. Wonderful property.

We were pleased with how clean the property itself was. We were very disappointed in how my daughter woke up with bed bugs and in the process of looking at the bed and mattress the sheet cover had blood stains on it. We notified the cleaning lady as well she brought the Mgr and another staff to view the mattress etc. After moving rooms and trying to close our belongings as per research of not having it spread as we had one more night. They did inform me that a K-9 inspected our room and found nothing. That is and was a relief for them but not for my daughter who was very uncomfortable and embarrassed as she was at a competition. Once we were back at home they emailed with the K-9 report and gave us a 20% discount. Which was not what I was told. Very disappointed and frustrated that this was the outcome.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the interesting decor.

This hotel was a dream! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned and well maintained. The soaking tub was great along with the provided bath soak. It is in walking distance to great local restaurants and Costco. It defininitely sets a high standard for hotels that are still in the reasonable price range.

Looks like this neighbourhood is getting a facelift. Convenient location close to the airport, there is a restaurant across the street that is good.

The restaurant is not open for dinner as advertised, the shuttle doesn't run until 5 am with many international flights at 6am. The staff were helpful. Changed our room as the original was horrible and not as advertised on expedia. Who wants a bathroom with a glass door????
