We loved how quaint and quiet the property was. The little courtyard as you enter with the birds singing is truly an Oasis! The rooms could do with a little freshen up but the air conditioning was quiet and the beds comfortable with a fridge to keep your water cold. We really needed a kettle for my elderly mother to have a cup of tea while resting in bed and the owner provided one for us... it really made all the difference to our stay so thank you very much for that. We ate in the restaurant the night it was open and the meal was exceptional. We hope to return to this little Oasis. Merci beaucoup!

The hotel room was dirty (stained carpets, moldy bathroom), cramped, and had zero sound proofing. I could hear everything from both rooms on either side of me, and the doors leading to the balcony just a few feet off the ground floor did not lock. The room was incredibly overpriced for the quality.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walking from the beach and the city center. The manager was very kind and helpful!!! We'd go back there for sure if we end up in Nice again! Highly recommended

A feat classic French Hôtel, dining outside in the courtyard (summer only); less than ten minutes from the city centre and the promenade.

Hotel Oasis was a cute and charming little hotel located on a quiet street, with parking on-site. Our room was small but ample and had a nice little balcony looking over the parking lot and garden area. Our room was on the 2nd floor but there is a small elevator to get your bags up. Off the elevator, you still must go another 6 steps up or so. The location was walkable to several cafes and restaurants, and the beach. Staff was warm and welcoming. They have a small restaurant on-site and offer breakfast (expensive) in the garden area. Unfortunately, the walls of the rooms are paper-thin and we had one noisy neighbor that came in late, and another couple that had very loud sex!

It looks like a 3-star hotel from the outside but once in your room, it feels like a 5-star. The room was brand new, beautifully decorated and spacious for France. They kindly let us check in a bit early once the room was ready. Good location between the train station and beach. Nice bathroom. Good air conditioning. Very modern.
