Great clean and modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. Room was a good size and came with robes, water bottles, nespresso. Excellent location would stay again for the good value!

First, you can’t beat the location a block from the Royal Palace, in front of of the National Tgeatre and with a Metro stop and taxi stand literally in front of the hotel! Staff is wonderful, food excellent and the laundry service absolutely perfect!

Location, location, location. This could not get better. We loved that. Right in the heart of everything you would want to be. Unfortunately, the staff is was not friendly. Just very matter-of-fact but not welcoming or friendly. We had a not so nice interaction in the Mar Mia restaurant in the hotel. We had been traveling all day and not eaten anything. So by 5pm when we arrived we were staving. We asked at check in about eating. They recommended their restaurant. We dropped our bags and went right over. The restaurant had a few people having drinks. We asked if we could order food. The manager literally laughed in our faces. You want food now? It’s not dinner time! We considered and should have just got up and walked out. We found out this is the norm for the restaurant. Same snotty treatment next morning at breakfast. That was definitely the feel of this place. They are bothered to have to see you and take your money. So take your money elsewhere is my recommendation!

Excellent location nice staff but the room is too small, crappy, n disorganized, w TV as bed footboard.

The breakfast was disappointing. The space was cramped and the variety of breakfast items was below the standard of this class of restaurant. The omelette we ordered was the worst we have had; it was marginally warm and undercooked and the fillings were cold. We had breakfast on our first day but never again

Excellent the position of the hotel and very close all sights. Very friendly staff. Very clean . The noise from adjacent streets was the only negative.

Clean, modern room with excellent amenities - from the Nespresso machine to pretty much any toiletry you might need. My room overlooked the plaza, but was very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, great location, we did not have breakfast as it's not included and expect. We did get a coupon for hotel bar which was very nice. Decent room, coffee available in room

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Incredible staff- front desk, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff are all so kind and helpful. Spanish, English, French- they have you covered. I will always stay here when I’m in Madrid.

Great location and breakfast. The room is on the small side and there’s no door between the bathroom and the bedroom area. On the upside, the breakfast is great and the location is close to many restaurants and attractions like the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor.

Super clean, staff were very nice, location is super convenient, close to Gran Via, La Latina, Puerta del Sol, and the metro station was right outside the hotel too!
