The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool is an excellent place to relax. The location is right in Centro & a close walk to many restaurants, bars & sightseeing places. Would highly recommend. We were able to check in early after arriving off of our flight which was a huge plus as well.

The hotel is in a great central location, it was very clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had, the bar choices where really good, the room size was not bad considering is in the hart of Madrid even though we can hear the people talking out on the street. We liked the rooftop pool area, is small but perfecto for sunsets and wine. The only bad experience was a lady in the food service that mistreated my wife. personel like her should not be allowed in a position to deal with customers without the proper trainings, I think her name was Desire, we also had dinner in the terrace thrusting the Michelin signs posted on the outside, ordered the seafood rice, they dont call it Paella but is pretty much a paella, it was salty and not great, it was just edible. But again the bar cocktails where the best.They just need to work on the overall customer service part.

Came to Madrid for my 55th bday. Missed a day because of Airline issues. But the days I stayed Ocean Drive staff was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The property was well situated for access to shopping and food choices. It was also clean and we always felt safe.

Overall the stay was nice, but note that the location of this hotel is extremely loud and across the street from a night club where people are loud and chatting in the street until 6-7am. And then “normal” life starts. So it is really difficult to get good rest.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Staff were excellent. Good location, close to the Royal Palace and Opera Metro Station.

The à la carte breakfast was reasonably priced and very good, as was the food we ordered for an afternoon snack. We loved the courtyard garden restaurant. The evening bartender made great cocktails.

The hotel is very chic and pretty. Restaurant Mar Mia is excellent and the staff is exceptional. Try the Caesar salad…our sever said it was “very huge”, and that was the truth and it was delicious! The rooftop pool area is very nice but the umbrellas do not tilt to allow you to be in the shade…defeats the purpose of having umbrellas. The room was nice but not vey functional. Tiny open area to hang clothes. No place to place suitcases other than the floor, no Kleenex. The toilet is inside a small plywood box with no exhaust fan and no audio privacy [read echo chamber]. Design aesthetic definitely took precedence over functionality. The common spaces are beautiful and the hotel staff were responsive and kind. Overall, a good experience, especially Mia Mar restaurant.

Excellent location and great hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and friendly staff. Rooms are a great size with all amenities. Beware though that the shower unit is open so you need to feel comfortable with anyone you share a room with. When we arrived we were in a room overlooking the plaza and did not realise there would be street parties until atleast 7.00am so got no sleep on our first night. Staff were great and moved us after that. Pool is more of a plunge pool than swimming pool. It is tiny and in the August heat got extremely busy. All things considered, we would return to this hotel and recommend it.

Check in was easy and fast, was offered refreshment while checking in which was a lovely gesture. We stayed on the third floor with direct view of theatre house, the air conditioned room was clean and high class, had coffee machine, snacks and mini fridge filled with drinks. His and her basins which I liked very much. The beds were cosy and comfortable, the first night ended with me relaxed with bottle of complimentary wine and watching people in the square. Must check out the rooftop swimming pool/bar, the view was amazing at night. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, cafes and shops. So much food to choose from, (just a bit pricey but I guess we are in the capital). I saw some review mentioned the noise outside the hotel as it was in such close proximity to the theater house, which was true but it wasn’t that bad. Overall the hotel surpass my expectation, definitely recommend it.

Front desk staff Javier made it very comfortable even before our stay. With his help I also booked my train travel within the Spain. Morning breakfast is good. Friendly and welcoming staff.
