Super terrible customer service also the promise service that they not provide the front desk person attitude was the worse in all my travel experience with Expedia no one cleans the room in 3 days

Convenient to the airport. Becoming way overpriced, so will be looking for alternate places to stay.

I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.

Staff was very kind . I hate leaving bad reviews but there were ants in my room from the day I arrived intil I left . I didn’t complain because they were harmless sugar ants but they were everywhere . Not sure if it was because of previous guest

Large flat panel television with no local or cable channels. It was connected to WiFi with only YouTube.

The room was extremely clean, the water was hot and the single staff was extraordinary.

I had a long layover and booked this hotel. unfortunatly it was close to the wrong airport which I didnt realize until too late. I went anyway. Lovely clean quiet spot. I missed breakfast but they made it for me. Helped me get a far cheaper ride back to PTY. Great location if you have a car.

When we arrived there were no available rooms and they said they didn’t have a reservation for us even though I showed them the reservation confirmation. They said this happened twice before and they blamed hotels.com.

It was just okay, nothing spectacular. The room was large but old and updated a big plus it had hot water, they advertised a restaurant but did not have one. The key to the room was padlocked to the key for the air conditioner in other words if you had two people in the room and one stayed behind you either had to leave that person without ac or you just had to ring the front door bell and wait to be let inn. Like I said just okay
