Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, room had all the essentials. Tram to city a 2 min walk. Ferry harbor is a 5 min tram ride. Up and coming area. And do not forget to grab a craft beer at Barley & Bait!

Good transport links, multple tram stops near hotel and also short walk/Tram to Metro. Room modern is excellent condition. Bedroom was in seperate are upstairs. Only downside was mixed sauna was the same hours (to early) every day, so we could never use.

This was a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. It was all very clean and new. The staff was very friendly. It was affordable and although it is not super close to downtown, with a 40 minute walk, you can be there and see all the sites.

It was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Friendly staff. Clean modern accommodation. It could be good if you need to stay for longer as you have a small kitchenette there.

The rooms are set up with a small loft bed and a sofa that can be used as a bed. High ceilings and well designed for a small studio space, it's almost like being on a ship. My only regret is that the sauna was closed during the time of day that I was free to use it. Next time...

Air conditioning was insufficient. It's auto operation in the rooms and cannot be controlled. Hotel states it is as cool as possible however the pubkic areas were much more comfortable than the rooms. Spent many a hot night. Couldnt sleep in the bed as the loft was even warmer. Soent a week on the sofa.

Nice quiet hotel with a spacious room and friendly front desk. Tram stop is nearby which makes going around easy.

スタッフの方はみなさん親切です。 キッチン付きなので自炊で過ごせます。 USBが部屋にあったので、電気コードの変換機も使わずに済んだので助かりました。 徒歩圏内では２４時間の大型スーパーと 近くには普通の24時間のスーパーがあり、 トラムも中央駅とアラビアファクトリーまでのアクセスがいいです。 キオスク、薬局もすぐ近くにあります。 地下鉄は中央駅より2駅、徒歩圏内ではあります。タリンへ行かれる際にもフェリー乗り場までトラムで3駅なのでかなりおすすめです。

I like the room & having a private balcony! The biggest critique is that I didn’t know the bed would be upstairs and the staircase steps are narrow, I think they should put that in the description as for instance; had my dad stayed here, stairs are on safe for him as he often trips so it would have been a safety concern. I like to watch tv to fall asleep and tv is downstairs. Everything was really nice & kitchen wise too but the walls were thin so I can constantly hear the dishwasher being run or it may have been the laundry room 2 floors down but it was being heard somewhere at night into the morning. And I can hear a couple talking Nextdoor: the location is outskirts of city center and I thought I could reach there easily by bike but it does take awhile so tram is recommended. But I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, the rooms are clean and equipped with all you need including fridge and electric cooker and microwave. There is not much to do in the area of the hotel but well connected with several trams

This place was absolutely fantastic for us. I messaged ahead and asked for an accessible room as I have mobility issues and the communication was so good. They actioned my request without hesitation and everything was just perfect. From check in to check out every member of staff we encountered were fabulous. About a 15 min walk from the ferry terminal and the 9T tram line outside the door takes you into the centre. There is also a good range of food eateries around. Boneless a smash burger place round the corner deserves a special mention. There is also a public a bar on the next block. All in all a fab place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. Area felt very safe and was very clean.

Comfortable studio apartment. Stairs to loft are very steep and wouldn’t suit some people. No contact with staff, all check in etc done with app.
