Friendly staff, nice hotel, clean, close to the center

very ok. polite and attentive staff

The hotel is clean, the room is very nice, the swimming pool is very nice. However, I booked and paid at the hotel, the app clearly showed that it accepted payment by visa card and did not note anything else, when I asked to swipe the card, the staff asked me to charge a 4% card swipe fee.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and has a design that suits my taste. It's a bit far from the old town, but the hotel has bicycles so getting around isn't too much of a problem. Next time I come back to Hoi An, I'll definitely come back here!

Stayed for 2 days and 1 night, everything was great. The staff, especially the bellman, were very enthusiastic. For me, the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the bread, butter, juice, etc. For some adults like my dad, the fried rice was a bit dry and hard. The restaurant is spacious, airy, and clean Minus point: The hotel should change the opening time of the swimming pool earlier to match the breakfast buffet time instead of 8am, it can be pushed up to 6 or 7am.

Went on a holiday but the hotel was empty, when checking in there was no one to guide parking or help move luggage to the lobby. The hotel team is like a family business so I did not feel comfortable staying here. The manager arbitrarily changed the guest's room without informing me when checking in, the explanation was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Overall, the price is quite high but the service experience is not professional.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Super small room with air conditioning that takes a long time to cool and is weak. Bright breakfast, few dishes and takes a long time to fill. Staff sitting at the computer right in the restaurant with a sullen and annoyed face. I don't know if they bought points or not, but why give such a high rating. Except for the swimming pool and bike rental, there's nothing else to praise. Will not return.

Khách sạn chu đáo; phòng rộng, thoải mái. có hồ bơi và xe đạp miễn phí. Bữa sáng nhiều món ngon. Gia đình mình đã có thời gian nghỉ dưỡng thoải mái ở đây.
