Clean rooms, polite staff. Pretty good for a night's stay

The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a flower path leading to the poetic superstore. The bathroom is modern, fully equipped, and affordable. The receptionists are all beautiful, enthusiastic, and incredibly cute girls. Love Tala, next time I go to Da Lat, I'll come back again.😘❤️

The staff are very enthusiastic in helping guests. I arrived early and asked to leave my luggage to go out and come back in the afternoon to check in. The receptionist enthusiastically supported me and stuck a note for me. The hotel is very quiet, my room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful hills and mountains. The location is convenient to get to the center. The only complaint is that the TV screen keeps shaking.

Poor and unfriendly reception

The experience was okay except that the hotel had very few electrical outlets and the location of the outlets was very inconvenient. The hot sun at noon made the room hot, and it was extremely difficult to find a place to plug in the fan. The staff had almost no way to help guests.

Plus the price is very reasonable for a nice balcony room, nice view and delicious breakfast in Da Lat. Will definitely come back

The hotel is located very close to the center. Very convenient to travel. The service is very good. The room is very spacious, the bed is large. The only sad thing is that the 2-bed room does not have a view of the hill. I booked a room that included a breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was only about 4/10 points, the food was a bit small and there were not many choices, I just stopped by the breakfast buffet to have a cup of coffee and then decided to go out to eat.

The room is not airy and has a fishy smell. When I asked to change rooms, the staff quoted an increase of 200k while on Traveloka, the difference between my room and the room I needed to change to was a few dozen?

The hotel is fully equipped and has an elevator. The breakfast buffet has very few dishes. My wife even found a moldy piece of bread. Will not return.

The staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the accommodation is clean, every morning the cleaning lady will knock on the door to change the towels for the room.
