When I stayed at the hotel, it was repairing and installing the fire alarm system and emergency stairs. It was very dusty. Drilling into the wall to open and close the door was very noisy. The sound of each room door closing was very loud when guests entered and exited due to poor soundproofing, so guests who like quiet like me were very uncomfortable. In return, the receptionists, two men and a woman, were very enthusiastic, cute, and supportive during our stay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel service. All costs are not expensive. But I have a small suggestion that the hotel can use a slightly larger trash can because the small trash can is a bit inconvenient. Another thing is that the hot and cold in the bathroom is not very stable. The hotel's blanket is also a bit thin, so it will be a bit cold after 3 or 4 hours. All other amenities of our hotel are 10 points. Close to all entertainment service areas.

The hotel is near the center, the interior is new. However, the hygiene problem is really terrible. When checking in, there was trash left by previous guests in the closet. The room was damp and had a strong musty smell. Every time I went out and came back, I was hit by a musty smell when entering the room. The walls and ceiling have mold everywhere. A foul smell rises from the sewer. And the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room. As a colleague in the same profession, I find this very appalling. I twice suggested that the night shift staff change rooms the next day but only received silence. Even the next day, there were 502 glue stains on the bed, maybe because housekeeping glued the hole where the cockroach entered and accidentally poured glue on the bed sheet. Never come back,

The hotel is clean, the furniture is ok. Plus points: - the hotel is close to the center, surrounded by many delicious foods. - gentle, kind staff, enthusiastic support - I booked a room with a large bed for 2 adults and 1 child, the bed was spacious and comfortable Minus: - the room was a bit small without a balcony - the TV did not have a TV channel let my mother watch a movie :) - cleaning the room forgot to give the toothbrush and toothpaste :( - Rent a motorbike at the hotel 150k/day. The car is not very new. 1 car has a squeak, the brakes are not good. Change the car Otherwise, the trunk is broken, the mirror rotates all the way to the wind :(

Lần đâu được trải nhiệm khách sạn tầng B. không điều hoà lên phòng toàn mùi ẩm mốc. Ở 2 đêm nhưng không dọn phòng lần nào 🤣 Cách âm hoàn toàn không có, bị gây khó chịu. Điểm cách trung tâm với chợ đêm khá gần. So với giá tạm ổn. Nhưng lần sau có quay lại cũng không ở đây đâu.
