The staff didn't provide any information about Wi-Fi. The location had no signal. The nightclub's noise vibrated through the room.

Can't sleep. I don't know who's playing games upstairs. It stopped around 2, even 3 AM.

Oh my... there were lots of cockroaches running around, the room was uncomfortable, especially since we had a baby, and the music was coming from upstairs... not recommended for those with babies. The office boy came twice at night to clean with a vacuum and Baygon spray... so that more attention would be paid to the hotel's progress.

The room is nice, the bathroom is okay, clean, smells good, the location is right in the middle of the city, it's just a shame the TV still can't connect to YouTube from the hotel's WiFi, overall it's good

It was a good hotel and breakfast just accomodate local taste.. Room and bathroom was good and okay and clean. But the only things is they have night club on top of hotel.. so music is turn on till 4am.. if youre very senstive this not recommended.. But for me always sleep w music still okay.. Overall still okay but if bring my family im prefer others hotel at medan

The room key couldn't be accessed with the door card; it had to be reset, but it was too late, and there was no coordination between the housekeeping staff. I stayed for two days. On the first day, the sound of clubbing music penetrated the room. On the second day, a guest in the room next door played clubbing music and chatted with the door open until 4 a.m. The hotel seemed unable to warn the guest, who was causing discomfort to others.

For the service, the comfort of the room and the cleanliness are safe, but there is one problem, namely the electric kettle, the cable is difficult to connect, it can't be touched, it has to be adjusted before it turns on.

The parking attendant deliberately covered the parking space with plastic corn, with many reasons, in the end if they were given money they would only open the parking space, very disappointing, this can be used as review material so that the hotel management can discipline the unscrupulous parking attendants in the basement so that they work properly.
