It seems like a lot needs to be fixed. The villa is nice. It's just lacking in maintenance. The AC in the middle room is leaking. The swimming pool is a bit cloudy. The bathroom shower needs to be replaced because it's broken. The check-out time is too urgent; they told me to check out at 11:30. Usually, in villas I know, check-out can be as late as 12 or even 1 PM. Otherwise, it's okay. The staff are all friendly.
