Check in is too late, check out is too early, check out should be at 12, check in at 1 or 2, check in is at 3 and there is no luggage storage for tourists, it would be really troublesome if our ferry is slow.

Room unit 2512 was replaced with room unit 2309. The reason is that the room unit I booked was not 2512 but 2511. It was booked twice, so I booked room 2511 double. Basically, room unit 2309 was less comfortable.

Always like staying here, the downside is that there is only 1 elevator access card, so if our roommate goes out and comes home at a different time, the person holding the elevator access card has to stand by in the lobby to pick up their friend to go up to the room and the security can't help with the excuse that they have already checked in. So it's a bit of a hassle 🫣

Clean swimming pool, nice view.

Stay at Lovina Formosa Nagoya floor. 25 rooms 2512 are very, very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Even though the lights went out, their response was fast. The admin is very, very helpful. If you go to Batam, you will stay here again because it is really that comfortable, and wherever you want to go, it's easy to find food and the price is cheap.

The room is clean, complete, the view is good, everything is comfortable for me. Recommended for family holidays too.

The electricity often goes out, the lovina party is also low in response.
